Chapter 3

[A/N:I saw a comment asking if Hadrian would create a school for witches.I don't know about that, but do comment if it is good idea or not.]

A group of witches searched and found Hadrian after one of them witnessed him killing the dragon.

Hadrian was slightly seeing these witches kneeling before him and pleading"Please help us,if you don't have anyone else to turn to."

Hadrian still had a slight saving people thing in him,it was tempered with time, especially after all the betrayal and war with muggles he had was disinterested in helping that is not close to him.

Hadrian was about to decline,when he heard a raspy voice, it was Death"Do it this would help you greatly in the future and fate has agreed that this would allow you a much smoother life without issues."

Hadrian sighed and said, "Okay, I will only provide you with the necessary skills to battle the monster the rest is up to you."

The group of students would go on to create the first coven and they practically would cause Hadrian revered as a God-like figure among the witches community.

Hadrian made sure to stamp out the belief that they are the servants of Nature bullshit that were being fed to some of the witches.Nature didn't need a knight in shining armor,it was powerful enough to create laws and countermeasures itself it didn't need people running around believing they knew what is against nature or not.

The witches were able to keep the monsters out and some even were able to kill a dragon,the dragons are not great in number and they sleep for centuries and only waking up if disturbed and attacking settlements near their homes.

This coven would create branches and it would grow more and more with time,but not everyone believed in Hadrian they believed he was just an abomination.

A council of Witches was created as means to govern and manage various witch covens,especially if certain issues like dark magic like expression comes into play.

The council wanted someone strong to act as Judge, so the different covens will follow through with the said decision.So Hadrian was chosen for this positon and it was not something he was intrested in,but Death advised to take since such status or position could come handy on the future and so Hadrian took in.

The council grew with time and Hadrian created a demension known as Idris for safe coucil meeting,as each head of the coven was given portkey which allowed them to enter Idris and the portkey was made such that it would detect ill intent.

The portkey was made such that no one could recreate it.Also the council had problems to like it had members, who were hardcore believers that they are servants of nature.

A Coucil meeting only occured when the issue is serious like a coven using dark rituals or the use of expression.All members were made to

But of course nothing could be done about that, Hadrian had influence over 70% of covens, while the rest were the self proclaimed Servants of Nature.

Some of them were fanatics and the others were made sure to see both sides of the argument before making any decisions.

Lynn and her niece and Hephaestus or Vulcan came to visit thus creating a discussion about the whole thing.

Lynn was doubtful said"You might want to keep an eye on servants of nature fanatics, I have met a few of them and they are annoying.They probably will try to push you out."

Hadrian nodded and he was already on it, Vulcan spoke up"They can't I mean the whole thing is working because of Hadrian power and authority, I mean without him the whole thing will fall apart especially when these covens have egos and different ideals."

Hadrian hummed agreeing with Vulcan, while Lynn nodded and replied",True."

Hadrian decided to change topic"I heard Zeus is calling all gods back and making it a law to not have contact with mortals."

Vulcan nodded and replied"Yes he is paranoid especially after what Prometheus did and last time heard father cursed him."

Lynn added"It's not just Zeus many of the pantheons after the incident are now deeming it too risky to have contact with mortals."

Hadrian rolled his eyes and asked"Could Zeus really keep his dick to himself."

Vulcan shrugged and replied"Probably not, but he seems to be serious this time."

Hadrian and Lynn looked at each not fully believing that.
