Chapter 14 (Plot twist 2)

"What comes into your mind why you suddenly plan to propose to me babe?" I ask. We are now all alone here and we are sitting at the back of the car while staring at the city lights because we are in the high place and its quite cold.

"What do you mean suddenly babe huh? I plan this, okay? This isn't just happen. I prepare for this for almost a month. That's why some of your special friends are there. Do you like it?". He ask then lean closer to me. I nod to answer his silly question which the answer is so obvious and he don't have to ask that but he always did. "You are happy?". He ask me.

I nod my head multiple times while smiling then I show to her my ring. "I will be a wife soon babe and you will be my forever! You don't know how happy I am because of what you did". I said then I just smile because I don't know where to put my happiness.

"You are excited huh. I mean, you look so damn fine and I can't stop imaging that I will see you everyday when I woke up. What a beautiful creature from God". He said then he pinch my cheeks that's why I step aside because its so hard. My cheeks will turn into red. "Also, I will throw a little party tomorrow so our friends will be there and you will be there of course no if's and but's". He said when I am about to speak up.

"Babe you know that I am a doctor and I can't just leave whenever I want. I have patience and they need me I need to go rounds, I hope you understand okay?". I said then I try to make a pity face so he will extend or move the party. I was startled when he just smirk at me.

"Babe. You don't have to worry. Doc. Sebastian will take care. I already ask him to do your work for you and he did not hesitate to say yes because he said you are a good boss to them that's why its just a little favor to him. So tomorrow, all you need to do is just to be happy and enjoy the life with friends. talk to them and be wasted". He said that makes me roll my eyes because I am not that type of girl who used to drink liquor and be wasted.

"You know that I don't drink that much right then you are asking me to do it. The hell no! I can't stop it". I said then laugh. He step away and I just look at him. He fold his long sleeves into half and just look at me. "Where are you going? What will you do?". I ask him but he just shake his head and he did not mind me that much.

He open the little cooler on his car and I did not noticed it earlier that he brought some drinks. I think there is a lot. He give me one and when I look at it its just a juice and he is drinking a beer. "You are not prepared for tonight huh? You manage to bring a cooler for this". I said then I open mine and drink. It's so cold so its so delicious. The wind is getting heavier and my skin are getting cold even more.

"I am always prepared about you. Do you mind if we will stay here until 3 am in the morning? I want to just talk to you all the time. I don't know but speaking to you always made my day even though sometimes we are fighting and having a small problems we still manage to be okay with each other". He said and you can feel on his voice that he is stating facts and that's the reason why I loved him even more. Gab is not just like an ordinary man that will just treat you right. Why? Because as what I've experienced to Gab, he always try his best to make the situation okay, he lower his pride so that we can talk which I also do sometimes because its not okay that is always the one will do that, We are partners and we need to understand each other not just only the boy but also the girl if you have to.

"We already went so far Noelle. I mean babe, if you will turn back the time, you will still remember our teenage days where we used to eat along Dapitan eating some fishball or just anything that we will see around the street. The way how we fight over small little things but look at us now. We are happily stable on our work with a high salary per month that can give us a great future and for our future children". He stated. He sigh and he look at me so much, closer.

"Yes, I know all the hard works we did just to be here where I am now. Where we are now. I remember the nights where I used to cry in front of my books and notes because they are a lot and the examinations are passing so I need to study literally everything". I said then smile at that memory by me while I am chasing my dream. That is one of the toughest day of my life because it felt like universe is not capable to you. That they don't want you to achieve your dream.

"I am so proud of you my doctor. I won't worry anymore if I got accidentally broke my feet because of falling debris on my site. Since I have you, right?". He said that makes me pout. It is a joke but I felt kind of worried.

"You don't have to broke you feet for me to take care of you! I will take care of you all the time trust me. More especially if we are already living inside of one roof". I said then I bow down because I am quite happy and I felt giggles inside of me.

"You know what? Go lean on my chest and lets both watch the star shining to us. Let's appreciate their beauty as well as I appreciate yours". He said then I lay down on his chest according to what he said.

"I love you Gabrielle Houston". I said while staring at him, on his eyes. I love staring at his eyes because it brings me comfort, peace and I just don't know. I just love it and that is my favorite part of his body and no one cannot change my mind.

He look down to see me and he look at my eyes also. "I love you too Noelle Nicaragua Houston". He said and that makes me feel goosebumps because his surname suits so well on mine and my heart is so happy!
