chapter 26 Len

I've been watching our target since they started this journey, I was suppose to keep an eye on them and tell the Elders their exact location. That was before I realized the one they call Tai, our actual target is my mate and all I can do is cover up their trail.

It does concern me how she killed all those men, but she was right in doing so and her other form did scare me at first. I admit watching her from a distance is hard and watching her fuck the other girl all night really pissed me off, I've also found these other girls are mates to be with her too.

I can't even make myself more jealous, spiteful yes and not able to touch her myself is bothering me to much.

I found a spacial ring with a note on it from Tai, telling me to keep warm and to watch for the beasts that she conjured up that night. I've noticed that they have been getting closer to me and I've put out the rune stones for the barrier she gave me.

I also have a high heaven grade armor and weapons and also a tree tent shes given me with other things to keep me fed, warm and to help with my cultivation.

The high grade treasures will help me go up a few levels on their own, usually the elders have a say so on what we receive and how far we are aloud to go.

" I won't let them hurt her, they've taken my family from me and made my fathers pack the wolves they are now which aren't the people I once loved" i said to myself as if I was trying to give myself a pep talk.

I hear those women talking about Tai again and yes she was hung and why does she need to tell that other woman.

(' how many mates is she going to have I'm a part of a damn harem') I thought to myself as I punch a tree, the tree falls down hitting the ground. I quickly look back to the women to see if their going to come over and I see the one laughing while looking at me. I swear she was staring me in the eyes, I bet they know I'm here...probably since they are quite strong.

The brunette is meditating and the elf is fixing up the cave to make it livable, I watch the two women walk up that has been with Tai since the beginning.

I need to be careful with my presence I can also feel my brethren near here, I've got to be sure to be aware of our surroundings and speak to Tai as soon as I can.

The two women set up a barrier around the area I actually am inside of it and I remember hearing Tai tell them if I mean no harm and am considered a part of the group I can enter.

" does this mean she considers me a part of this already, I mean I don't know if she knows were mates and I've heard the ones earlier talk about how Kel was hiding the fact of being Tais mate...while I'm literally hiding from her." I said to myself as I huff in annoyance for always talking to myself.

I hear a branch break outside the barrier and as quick as I see the person in black they disappear.

("Fuck I have to be prepared especially with the antidotes to the poison that they'll use on her') I thought to myself as I count ones I have and how many before storing them in the spacial ring. I take out the armor which is form fitting like second skin its completely Black made from a drake snake.

I also pull out a sword and bow that has appearance of blue ice and I can tell tht these weapons are unique.

I take ten arrows coating the tips with a poison that isnt deadly, but will make you wish you'd die from how sick it makes you. I've aready set up traps earlier for those mindless beast who keep getting closer and hopefully it works on the other assassins they sent.

I only need to find out how many they've sent and who they sent, they wont transform into their wolf because we've been trying to keep it a secret.

My father said the Vampire king is a man who tries to enslave our kind, but his two daughters helped our kind escape and to stay hidden until they are strong enough to fight their father.

They also have to get rid of their brother even though the two girls our step sisters the eldest watches over the youngest. I wish I could talk to the two to help us in our circumstances now, but I also know that they have their own problems to deal with.

I write a note then stuck it to my arrow shooting it over to the ground beside Tais clothes warning her about the others that want to kill her and tell her not to forget to meet me here when the moon is at its fullest.
