Expo Part 1

The day of the expo arrived. Mike decided to attend in jeans and a blue polo shirt with his company logo on the back. He had chosed a green polo with the logo printed across the back. Tony had lent him some Stark International workers for the day.

This included a truckdriver due to Mike not being authorized to drive the truck he had retrofitted. 'Damn going to have to remember to hire some more people or get a CDL' Mike thought to himself.

The only reason he had not hired anyone yet had to do with the world he was in. HYDRA, AIM, SHIELD, Cadmus, Weapon X, just to name a few would flock to his company. He did not want to just open up the door for spies to get hold of his tech.

DING Mission Successful Expo

Objective. SHOW OFF YOUR TECH

REWARD 150000 MP & ACCESS TO SUMMON SYSTEM.

Mike paused. ' Fot this to be issued as a mission likely means this is about to get complicated. But the reward is just what I need right now.' He thought to himself. He glanced again at the list of invited news agencies, companies, hospitals and other influential people invited.

Raven had agreed to accompany him, she said it sounded interesting, but Shuuji declined stating "I'm too old to play nice with a bunch of greedy bastards who think the only power that matters is money."

POV Bruce Wayne.

Bruce, and Jason had traveled to New York foe the weekend. Picking up Cassandra Bruce let them know that they were going to a technology expo for an up and coming new buisness.

He smiled as Cassandra complained to him about how bored she would be and would rather be out fighting crime. Jason was of the same opinion but tagged along anyway. He figured he and Cass could ditch if things got too boring.

POV DAILY BUGLE

"Take the new kid and go check out this Expo Stark notified us about. " an angry middle aged man said. "Show the kid the ropes Robbie."

POV ?????

"Mistress the target is having a show today for his company, do you want us to attempt capture?" A female in martial arts robes with her face covered asked.

"No, perhaps it is time I saw this boy for myself." A voice said from the shadows. "Have my car ready the Daughter of the demon is going out."

POV ????

"Come on Smallville," a lady said annoyed at the airport.

"Lois the Expo doesn't start for hours" a man stated as he seemingly struggled with luggage.

"True but it's not every weekend that we get a chance to go to New York on the company dime." She said looking out over the city.

"Besides maybe we can try to see about any clues to that giant robot while we are here" She continued.

POV Mike

Tony, Reed, Susan, Johnny, and Ben all met Mike at the Expo hall. They were helping him set up, and had come to show their support for their young friend. After being introduced to Raven they all took a liking to the quiet girl, and adopted her into their group.

Raven may have complained a little about how boisterous they all were especially Johnny and Ben but Mike caught her smiling at their antics.

As the time came and Stark security opened the door representative after representative entered some curious, some annoyed. None had any idea of what to expect.

"So your the kid who is trying to make it big." An arrogant voice sounded from behind Mike as he was observing the crowd wander around. "You better make this worth my time or I'll sue you and this rinky dink lemonade stand of a company out of exisitence."

Mike turned to see a Lexcorp Representative looking at him arrogantly.

Putting on his best customer service face Mike responded. "Morganrote always has high quality products. We are also careful who we partner with." He then turned and ignored the pompous ass as he went to greet the rest of the guests.

"Mike?" A shocked voice said as he turned he saw Peter Parker and a older African American man walking towards him.

"You know him Pete?" The man said looking over.

"Yeah Robbie he is a classmate of mine." Peter said in surprise. "I had no idea he would be here."

Mike laughed "I should be here considering this is my company." He shook hands with both Peter and Robbie. He remembered Robbie Robertson from the cartoons when he was a kid and had a good impression of the man.

Mike then greeted representatives from multiple hospitals including Linda Carter(night nurse.)

Norman Osbourne arrived accompanied by his son. "See Harry, your classmate has the right idea making a multi million dollar company instead of chasing girls."

Oliver Queen arrived, accompanied by several employees. He was polite but distant. Mike guessed he wanted to see the products before deciding.

Caitlin Dnow arrived leading the team from STAR Labs. She was friendly and said she was looking forward to the show.

Bruce Wayne arrived with a surprised looking Cassandra, and a younger man with a black hair and a white patch on the front.

"A pleasure Mr Morganrote, Wayne Enterprises looks forward to your demonstration today."

Mike nodded before hearing, "Hey Bruce I haven't seen you since the last time you were in Metropolis." He turned to see a lady and man walking towards them.

"Ms. Lane, Mr Kent its been a while." Bruce responded.

Mike excused himself saying," I have to get this party started. Please enjoy yourselves."

As he approached the stage Fury Cane up and Introduced an older Gentleman in military uniform. "Mr Morganrote, this is General Wells. We both are looking forward to this." As Mike left he heard the old man say

"Are you sure this is worth it Fury I'm still trying to clean up Ross' Last mess.

"Trust me your going to thank me for this." Fury responded.
