「Gu Lintian (Father)」

Gu Lintian dotes on his son to the point of allowing Gu Changge to steal the Dao Bone from Gu Xian'er when they were young so he can hide his Demonic Nature. Throughout the story, he expresses concern and pride in everything Gu Changge does, including when he stood toe-to-toe with Chu Hao who was a Sacred King at the time. Similarly, Gu Changge has a spot for his father and has never expressed any ill intentions towards the latter.

「Mother Gu (Mother)」

Gu Changge cares a great deal for his parents. Despite walking a treacherous path against the heavens, Gu Changge intends to keep his family and friends away from danger as much as possible, naturally including her mother. Changge's mother knew of his Devil Heart and had kept it hidden as best as she could, showing her love for him.

「Gu Xian'er (Cousin)」

Gu Xian'er hated Gu Changge for taking her Dao Bone away when they were young, which then led to the exile of her family. Since then, her parents had lived at the Shen Clan and Gu Xian'er found herself at the Peach Village where she received guidance from the masters there. Ever since returning to the scene, Gu Xian'er gradually realises how Gu Changge seems to have an underlying motive of doing so ten years ago and that he never intended her any harm. Over time, Gu Xian'er began to forgive him and took a special care of his well-being after knowing of his Devil Heart.

Although their good relationship came from an act Gu Changge set in place, he does gradually genuinely care for Gu Xian'er.

「Gu Lang (Ancestor)」

Gu Lang is an ancestor of the same bloodline as Gu Changge. Despite their lack of interactions, the two have a fairly good relationship as Gu Lang deems Gu Changge an exceptional heir.

「Gu Wuwang (Ancestor)」

Gu Wuwang initially was wary of Gu Changge after knowing his identity as the Demon Lord. However, he eventually decides to cooperate with Gu Changge in establishing the Heaven Slaying Alliance as it does have benefits for him which co-aligned with his goal in residing at the Prosperous Dao Realmverse. Gu Wuwang developed a mixed of fear and respect for Gu Changge after understanding the sheer prowess he has, which Gu Wuwang compared to with the True Ancestor of the Gu Family.

「Shen Xian'er (Cousin)」

Initially, Shen Xian'er had a subtle despise for Gu Changge after she learned of what he did to her sister, Gu Xian'er. However, after breaking off her engagement with Li Xiu and witnessing his actions in person, Shen Xian'er began to have a change of heart. Later, when Gu Xian'er went missing, under the instructions of her parents, she went to Gu Changge to ask for his help. When Gu Changge mentioned that Gu Xian'er is in no imminent danger, and that they should not worry, Shen Xian'er developed respect for him.

「Father Gu (Uncle)」

Gu Xian'er and Shen Xian'er's father was exiled from the family after Gu Xian'er's Dao Bone was taken away. Since then, they have lived in the Shen Clan, still furious with what Gu Changge did despite Gu Xian'er's best attempt at telling them the why's of his actions. Although worried that Gu Xian'er was in danger, he does not have the courage to ask Gu Changge himself. Instead, he opted to sending his daughter.

「Mother Shen (Aunt)」

Gu Xian'er and Shen Xian'er's mother was exiled from the family after Gu Xian'er's Dao Bone was taken away. Since then, they have lived in the Shen Clan where she came from. Still furious with what Gu Changge did, Mother Shen had not forgiven him despite Gu Xian'er's persuasion. Although worried that Gu Xian'er was in danger, she does not have the courage to ask Gu Changge. Instead, she opted to sending her daughter.
