Chapter 28- One might think your sons are unworthy
The queen was so beautiful but young, this thought passed through everyone's mind. Members of the royal family gritted their teeth internally at her choice of attire.
A maid brought her tray of wine glass and Elora picked one. She raised it slightly towards the crowd and said short words.
"I'm glad you're all here. Do enjoy the party." Her soothing voice spread throughout the room as she brought the wine to her lips, and took a sip.
Elora had to drink to calm the nauseating feeling, forgetting she doesn't go well with a large crowd of living people.
As she walked deeper into the room, under some people's covert gaze, she was approached by a man.
"Young queen I see you are well. Sepharia would be soon proud." The man said with a smile on his lips, his piercing gaze focused on Elora, scrutinizing her and nodding in approval of whatever appeared in his mind.
