Chapter 6 First Day School Part 1

"I will not allow Lucas to enter the Magic Academy. Whatever the reason, I still won't allow it. And I've considered it, Lucas will go to a normal school."

Karina slammed the Illois Magic Academy application form down on the table. The shady woman's face had turned red and she was holding back her anger. There was nothing the woman named Bathilda could do, especially not to be rejected by Karina.

The woman was very polite, although she received a pleasant greeting from Karina and said goodbye.

Something like that really happened. Karina and Edward begin to realize that their only son has something they don't have. Lucas is a wizard, from both non-wizard parents.

Edward didn't really mind, but Karina did. Lucas himself didn't really know why his mother hated magic and witches so much. That didn't mean that Karina would hate him after finding out that Lucas was a wizard.

"Don't be silly. You are still Mom's favorite son." That's what Karina said when she took Lucas to rest in his very spacious room with all kinds of boyish knickknacks.

After three days in the hospital, Lucas was finally allowed to go home. However, the atmosphere at home has become increasingly awkward and stiff. Karina and Edward are still busy with their work. The news on the large TV screen in the living room reported the event of the Night Party Tower suddenly collapsing, this incident only caused several people to be shocked and traumatized, no one was injured at all. The incident that puzzled him was that the 240-meter tower disappeared in the blink of an eye. From a flying camera image that was accidentally captured, it is clear that the tower is slowly disappearing, as if being sucked into a black hole.

After discussing Magic Academics, Lucas argued with Karina again. The woman was very stubborn and did not answer all of Lucas' questions.

"There's no problem at all, right? Of course I have the right to go to the Magic Academy."

"I don't allow it."

"So what? Why are you not letting me go to the Magic Academy?"

No answer at all. Karina didn't seem to want to give an answer and just walked away. Lucas has reached the limit of his patience and he is confused by Karina's dislike for wizards.

Lucas got frustrated and madness arose in his head, he chose a reckless way and left the house. Lucas would go to the Illois Magic Academy himself, the registration deadline was two days away and the registration form was in Karina's study. Lucas had to get the application form.

Wait for the right moment. Karina and Edward were not at home, they were taking care of the registration for a regular school, while Sirius was completely out of sight of his servant's nose. Lucas will never go to a normal school. He is a wizard, and of course his path in life is different from that of his parents. Lucas is just like Peter and the Big Pig.

Karina's study is downstairs, it's possible that Lucas will have trouble getting into this room. Access to the study requires a special card. For fifteen minutes, Lucas tried different codes to open the door, but the red light kept flashing, indicating that the code he entered was wrong. Lucas hadn't just lost his mind, he had prepared everything.

His ability to break into technological doors, all Lucas needs is a laptop, a set of cables that connect from the laptop to a small box at the entrance. He was able to hack the code easily, in just five minutes the light turned green and the door opened by itself.

No need to try to find the right code, just hack and it's done. Karina's workspace is as large as her study. In addition to a desk, shelves of books, and important files, a large hologram screen glows, showing the clothing designs Karina is working on. This is how Karina spends her time, drawing fashion designs, designing them herself, and creating extraordinary masterpieces.

Karina has a love for the world of fashion, but why can't the woman understand that Lucas really likes magic? Feeling of injustice. Lucas quickly took the application form for magic school.

But he wouldn't be able to escape so easily. Lucas wouldn't be able to leave the house with Sirius blocking the exit. The man's face was straight and even. Lucas could have made Sirius get out of his way, but Karina's presence was just like that, with cold and sharp eyes.

"It would be better for me to hire a tutor so you can stay home. Instead of you having to go out. I just want you to continue the family business or go into politics."

Karina made her own decision without discussing it with Lucas or even Edward. Being the child of a conglomerate family and having wealth apparently made Lucas uncomfortable.

This was the woman Lucas loved so much as a mother who should be able to understand her child's desires, but apparently couldn't. Karina decided unilaterally, without asking his opinion, and placed Lucas in a room with tight security and limited access in and out of the house.

It was like being in a prison with tight security. Today is the first day of school, it's a shame that Lucas can't go to the school of his dreams. Karina had acted on her own. Locked in the house and unable to do anything.

Not quite true. Indeed, with flying cameras monitoring his movements in the house, apart from that it was Sirius who betrayed him. No, he was just a servant following the orders of his masters, of course Edward and Karina were his masters. But Lucas had been preparing since last night, he decided to run away from home. His next destination was the Illois Magic Academy.

Lucas had planned everything, he only brought one big bag and one small bag. He didn't need to bring anything with him, just an application form.

He doesn't know who filled out the form, it's definitely not Karina. It's possible that Edward actually allowed it without Karina knowing about it.

"I can only help a little. After that, it will be your responsibility if you really want to enter the Magic Academy. I won't stop you. Karina just needs time. But you have to remember, Dad and Mom will always love you."

This was the message he received from Edward. Lucas could only say thank you, and of course his decision must have disappointed Karina, but this was Lucas' decision to achieve what he wanted.

It turned out that he couldn't get through the exit, five burly and muscular guards suddenly blocked him. There was absolutely no Sirius to get in his way. No problem at all. They are just non-wizards, while Lucas is a wizard. Even though they are trained in martial arts, Lucas can do it too.

Time was short, so Lucas rushed to the Moon Gap Station. The Illois Magic Academy was located in Illois City, a small town flanked by mountains. It took an hour to travel from the Moon Gap capital to Illois City.

Boarding the capsule train, which is currently packed with passengers on their way to their morning activities. This is the first time Lucas has taken public transportation alone, usually he rides in a flying car, accompanied by a driver or bodyguard who watches over him 24 hours a day.

Today, everything is different. Because he couldn't find a seat, Lucas was forced to stand for an hour. Even though he complained and could have used his parents' names to get the facilities he wanted.

Unfortunately, that's not possible. Lucas was running away from home, and he didn't want to expect facilities, while Lucas wanted to be someone who was independent and not dependent on his parents' power.

Slowly the passengers in the train capsule became fewer and Lucas got the seat he wanted. He rested his body, which looked very sick. There were only two stops after that. Lucas looked out the window, the vast expanse of the lake was a truly amazing view. Slowly the capsule train stopped, he had arrived in Illois City.

There was no need to wait long, and he was pressed for time. The enrollment of new students had closed, and the welcoming ceremony for the freshmen was in progress.

"You are not allowed to enter. Only the teachers and students of the Magic Academy are allowed to enter."

Two guards were wearing black robes with glittering gold thread embroidery. The two guards wouldn't let Lucas in, even though he showed the application form. Lucas is still not allowed in.

"Registration for new students at Illois Magic Academy closed two days ago. You are still not allowed to enter."

There is no other way but violence and riot. The two guards were wizards, facing a young wizard like Lucas meant nothing. The two guards made long sticks of mud, the sticks of mud were very hard. Carrying two bags was a bit difficult for him, especially since he couldn't use his palms to close his eyes.

By temporarily leaving his two bags behind, Lucas easily fought the two guards. Using the ability to disappear confused the opponent, but Lucas could not yet use the ability to make objects or people disappear. He only made his entire body transparent, not completely disappear.

A punch to the face, a punch to the stomach. The two guards were sprawled on the floor. Lucas ran quickly into the Magic Academic courtyard, looking for the building Lucas wanted to enter. One of the buildings was large, and there was loud noise and applause, probably from a welcoming ceremony for first-year students at the Illois Magic Academy.

"Stop!"

It turned out that the two guards had regained their senses and were following him. Lucas quickened his pace, easily breaking through the three people guarding the two entrances, breaking through and entering the hall that was currently filled with new students and teachers. Everyone fell silent for a moment and turned their eyes to the entrance where a fifteen-year-old boy burst into the hall where the welcoming ceremony for the first-year students was taking place.
