Ryu watched the head spin through the air indifferently. He thought that his temper was better these days, but apparently not. Basically, the moment he felt the intention of what Dorian wanted to say, a flip inside of him switched, and whatever attempts his Dao Heart made at swallowing his negative emotions failed on its face.
This was the problem with just suppressing everything. There was a reason he had been warned many times in his life that a Dao Heart that was too stubborn could often be brittle instead of strong.
