The professor rolled her eyes. She turned around and grabbed one of the packets on the table.
"Late or not, wear your uniform and start working," she said impatiently, "And greet yourself to our new friend."
He took the papers and flipped through them. Once he was done, he turned to look at Ledona.
He reached out his hand and smiled. "The name's James."
Ledona smiled back. "Ledona."
James nodded his head. He looked at Ledona before moving his sight to Vedonna. His finger pointed between them. "Your names sound so similar. What a coincidence, huh?"
James didn't mean anything special about that. His lips curved into a joking smile before he turned around and grabbed his lab coat.
Ledona crossed her arms, and when he wasn't paying attention, gave Avina a snort. "Copier."
Avina looked at Ledona in disbelief. She raised her eyebrow as if she couldn't believe what she was hearing.
