Chapter 140 Prince Tsuku

As an army of footsteps approached where he just were, Prince Tsuku has already left the scene.

But not because he was trying to not get caught, but because he was chasing someone, who is wielding a simple table fork.

With a twirl, the person he was chasing was now facing him, pointing his fork menacingly towards him.

Then, three turbulent spheres of air launched from the fork's tips.

After seeing the air bubbles heading towards him, Prince Tsuku slowed his approach as he counted. "One meter... Two and..."

Then, he stopped dead in his tracks before he took a step back while saying. "Three meters."

Then, just as the air bubbles were about to make contact with his body, they burst.

"Tsk!" After seeing what Prince Tsuku did, the person wielding the fork emited an annoyed click before he proceeded to run away.

With a fast motion, Prince Tsuku continued to run after him.

After running alongside the canal for a while, the person with the fork then noticed two women, walking through the streets.

Without any sort of hesitation, the person ran up to them before they noticed, pushed the older looking one into the canal while he wrapped his arm around the neck of the daughter.

Using her terrified body as a shield, the person aimed their fork at the young woman's neck as they faced Prince Tsuku's direction, saying. "Halt! This scene should look-"

But before the person with the fork could finish, Prince Tsuku slashed at the woman without any hesitation.

"Aaargh!!!"

With a pained scream, the person lost their arm that held the fork to Prince Tsuku.

While the woman who was being held hostage emerged without a scratch both on herself and her clothes, with only a bit of blood splatter here and there.

As his seventh opponent screamed in agony on the ground, Prince Tsuku approached the woman, wiped the blood off of her still shaken face as he said. "I'm sorry you had to experience that, but could you please tell the guards to come over here?"

The still terrified lady then spoke shakily. "B-but... my mother..."

Prince Tsuku then led the young lady towards the canal before he asked. "Mother of this beautiful lady, are you okay?"

Looking up from within the water-filled canal, the older woman spoke. "Ye-yes, Prince Tsuku."

After helping the older woman get out of the canal, Prince Tsuku said. "Go and call the guards over here. And get yourself some new clothes before you catch a cold."

"Yes, Prince Tsuku."

Then, the two women, still a bit shook from the experience, left the scene.

Prince Tsuku then focused his attention towards the person he just disarmed, who was dragging themself across the ground, trying to into the canal.

A moment later, they received a sword through the thigh as Prince Tsuku knelt down before them, saying. "Please, you'll dirty the water."

Then, Prince Tsuku removed his sword from the person's thigh before dragging their bloody body across the road before slamming them onto a wall.

Looking down on his opponent, Prince Tsuku placed his blade onto the person's chin as he stated. "Talk."

Then, the person, still bleeding out from their wounds, replied. "Do it. I am going to die from blood lost anyways."

With a cold expression, Prince Tsuku stated. "Talk. Or I will make sure your last moments will feel like hell."

Then, the person gave in, asking. "What do you want to know?"

"Where is your base of operations?"

"Inside of your mother's ass."

Then, with a swift and powerful motion, Prince Tsuku stabbed the person's other hand, pinning it onto the ground.

"Aaaargh!!!"

As the person screamed in agony while attempting to removed the blade out of their hand, Prince Tsuku pushed against their forehead, forcing them to look him in the eyes as he said. "I wasn't joking."

After chewing into something in their mouth, the person then said. "Fine! I'll talk!"

After hearing that, Prince Tsuku took a few steps back, but he still kept his sword embedded into the person's only remaining hand.

As Prince Tsuku watched cross-armed, the person then spoke as they laid against the wall. "I was stationed in a hideout in this city. There are probably multiple hideouts scattered everywhere. They didn't tell me much."

"But... There's specifically two things that I was forced to rememeber."

"Go on." Prince Tsuku urged.

The person then continued. "The first is that... if I get into trouble that I cannot deal with, I should run towards a multi-storied building on the abandoned side of town."

"Which building?"

"You'll know it when you see it... or atleast, that's what they said."

"And the second one?"

After he asked that, Prince Tsuku noticed a glow coming from the person's stomach.

Then, with a quick motion, he took his blade out of their hand before pointing it at their neck as Prince Tsuku asked. "What are you trying to do?!"

To which the person replied with a grin. "The second thing they told me is that..."

"What?!"

With a crazed look on their face, they continued. "Take as many of you sons of bitches down with me."

Then, Prince Tsuku noticed that the glow in their stomach continued to glow brighter.

With haste, Prince Tsuku made as much distance between himself and the person, even dropping down the canal.

A second later, a large implosion tore apart the person's body, taking some of the wall and roads with them.

As smoke emerged from crater, Prince Tsuku emerged from the safety of the canal.

He then walked over to the site of the explosion, looking down in shame.

Then, he heard a few footsteps approaching his direction.

"Took them long enough." He said.

He then stared down his blade, gazing upon the dried blood that had accumulated on the blade itself.

With a sigh, Prince Tsuku ran away from the scene, dropping his scabbard onto the ground before leaving.

As he ran through the dimly-lit path network, thanks to the moon still being blocked by some dark clouds, Prince Tsuku repeated to himself. "The abandoned area of the capital. I'll know it when I see it."
