Waking Up

Sun Xin bowed down on the floor as his head was slammed on the floor. A great thudding sound was heard as he cow towed.

"Thank you very much!" This was said without pride nor any disgrace in his thoughts. It was pure happiness. Tears rolled on his eyes and then stood up.

He wiped his tears and then turned serious.

Niko was surprised. To even know what this kind of person he was. He was indeed a genuine person. To think that this strong person has a soft heart. And that was because of his pain and regret he felt from the passing of his mother. Now he could finally save her.

"Xin, you are a good person. I am glad that you are my benefactor." He crossed his hands and then leaned on his fist.

"Go now, your mother awaits," he said then turned around on his 360 chair.

Xin left and then went to the marketplace. He immediately went to the potions store and then bought the divine rejuvenation potion and now it was on his hands.

He ran towards the hospital as he was faster than a cab. Then have it examined by the doctor.

"Hmm, the quality is good. It will surely awaken your mother from slumber. Let me incorporate it into her medicine." He said to him as he stared at the pinkish transparent color of the potion. The bottle was crafted with great art as he could see the glitter from the sunlight to the edgy proportions of the bottle.

Xin was still in shock. He could believe it, it was really happening!

He was outside the door his mother was and he saw her sitting from his bed. Ah, what a scene. Her gentle hair was waving as the cool breezy windowpane was open. It was noon that time, but his mother was more radiant than the sun.

His eyes welled and was watery, all because of happiness. His voice was pretty nonexistent by this time. But he called for her.

"M.....Mom?"

She looked at him with a sideview and smiled, "Son, good morning!" Closing her eyes as she did. Maybe she forgot what time and was in utter confusion.

What a weird thing to say especially in noon but it was nonetheless morning. As a miracle has happened and it was good to say good morning by all that happened.

It was then, Xian arrived on the Hallway. Her voice echoing in the halls as she ran while calling her mom. She slammed the door and then saw her mom. She covered her mouth with her palm and then dashed to hug her.

"Mom! Mom! Don't get sick again okay! We really missed you!" She said weeping on her back.

"I am here honey, I will not leave you all again. By the way where is your older sister and father? What year is it now?" Shen asked them.

"Father is holed up in a Mafia prison. Xien was abducted as a test subject on a Hero project," Xin told them without breaks and directly.

"Prison? Hero project? How do you know all this?" Shen asked Xin.

"I have reliable sources," he said, "I will bring them down. But I need to get stronger."

"Son, are you still in underground fighting?" Shen was worried. She could see Xin's hair turned white. "And what about your hair? You dyed it white?" She asked again.

"Mom, I am now a Hunter and Hero. I changed leaves now. As for the hair, no comments." Xin said smiling bitterly.

His mother then felt like crying, "My Xien! What are they doing with her? She was maybe suffering now. And your dad, he is imprisoned? Save him son, please for me, for us!"

"You don't need to beg mom, it was natural for me to save them. Don't worry, I will definitely save them and we will complete our family for sure." Xin said to her. But still, as a mother, she still cried for worries. Their happy reunion became joyous but for a moment and became sad and in misery once again after finding out that their family was still incomplete.

One was imprisoned and one was abducted to be experimented. As for the reasons, Xin did not told them.

His father Xiel loaned for the loan sharks for his wife's cure only to get hold up on the streets. Losing the money on the process. And when it was time to pay the loan, he has nothing to offer.

As for Xien, she has awakened the power to absorb powers. Depends on the capacity of her body. She as super Strength, Speed, and Flight. First experiment, she lost her memories of her relatives, next power and she forgot her friends, and the last one made her forgot her family and name.

As for whether to save her now before she gets her power and forget them on the process or save her later where she could be a superhuman and save many people while forgetting them in its cons then Xin was in bind.

To Xin's memories, he knew where to locate her. Might be a fight as he encountered her in the past and he fought with her to beat her some sense that he was his family.

He was also troubled to chose whether to let her grow strong in the experiments as she helped hero society and defeated villains or stop her experiment and protect her memories but she will become weak

As for his father, he was in the prison of a notable strongest mafia...also has Villain bodyguards. Xin fought them but with his new life, he has his clones.

His sister was working as a test subject into hybridization of Hero project. Making her the ultimate weapon to fight Villains. With that in thought, Xin was in deep thought, he as to decide soon and not waste time. The clock was ticking and his father and sister was suffering at the moment. He immediately prepared to leave the two for now and finally start his Awakening.
