Chapter 3: Hoodie

Rei's Point of View

"Thank you." I whispered to her.

She quickly removed my hand from her waist and ran into their faculty room. I grinned and left as well.

I met Iza and Yana when I went down. "Oh? Why are you going up? The audition at the music club is over." I said.

"We're going to pick you up, did you auditioned? Iza asked me.

Laine's POV

When I entered the faculty room I slapped my face. I shouldn't be blushing like this.

"Where are you going?" Rei asked me with a raised eyebrow, she also has seniors with her now.

Rei's Point of View

"She is straight, another one is just she's just recovering from a break up." Whispered to me as the man pulled me away from Laine.

I left and went back to our department.

I just nodded and left the house.

My mother ordered me in these hours of the night to buy her something to eat, I was just as hungry and couldn't sleep so I agreed.

When I entered a convenience store near us I went straight to the drinks. I opened a refrigerator and took the banana milk that I always drank.

Rei's Point of View

I was about to walk to the counter but I saw Laine entering the convenience store so I went back and followed her.

Just as she closed the refrigerator I stood by his side.

"I'm on my way home." I answered immediately.

"A-Ah, okay." She answered sparingly and walked over to the counter. She had finished paying and was already out so I followed. I didn't realize it was raining.

"You don't have an umbrella?" I giggled at her. She shook her head.

"Where are you going? I'll take you." I offer. She turned to me and her eyes widened.

I grinned, "I have a car we will not get wet"

"R-Really?" Her eyes widened even more.

I laughed and nodded. "Wait for me and I'll just take my car so you can't get wet."

I was about to run when she called me.

"W-Wait, Rei!" I turned around and she took off her hoodie, she offered me that.

Her shirt with "life goes on" printed on it made me laugh.

"You might get sick, don't let your head catch a rain." She added.

I took her hoodie and put it on. "Your shirt is cute." I chase and immediately run.

We are now on the way to her house. We've been quiet ever since we left there.

"It's late, why haven't you come home yet?" She breaks the silence.

"Actually I came from my brother's house, I also left right away." I answered.

"Mhmm, i see. Where are you going now?" She added.

"In my condo, I have no other choice." I smiled.

She would have asked more questions when she realized that we were close to their house.

"Oh, Rei. I'm okay here, thank you!" She said that with her cute wholesome face.

I just nodded.
