Chapter 14: Reinforcements

As the first battle was ended the first line of defense still stands and barely recover their numbers because of the endless battles with the demons, casualties rose higher and higher in every minute. the corpses held at a safe place because they don't want to leave them here especially the first battle, they transport it to Borya's line to pick em up and send those bodies to their world. While they were asleep they heard a shout "CONTACT! CONTACT! RIGHT SIDE! RIGHT SIDE!" they got up and go to their respective posts to hold the line, John took out his Walther PP9 and shouted

FIRE!!!!

They opened fire to the enemy and the second battle begins. As they firing the enemy's advancement just like yesterday but it was different, the demons launched the amphibious assault in all locations. John, Sora, and the first battalion looked at their enemy whose running towards them like a tsunami. they fixed bayonets and reloading their rifles, machine guns, and mortars, Sora ordered two men " You two ready the mortars and fire at will". The two men nodded and left to tell the mortar team Sora looked back and shouted " GET READY MEN! KADIR READY THE MACHINE GUN!!! Kadir nodded and replied in a shouting voice "YES SIR!!! while ready the machine gun. John runs towards the flag and used his binoculars to see the plains and enemy movements, as he observed and watch the enemy advancements he counted around 12000 troops to 500000 or more. He cursed and yelled " SORA WE HAVE A PROBLEM!!! Sora looked at John and run towards him, as he running John handed him a binocular and said: " Looked at the fields, my friend". Sora looked through binocular, he shocked and said " By the Gods, there are so many of them. How can we stand this John?" he looked at John and shocked that he was smiling while licking his teeth like a hungry tiger waiting for the meal in gusto he said " Sora we are going to retreat" Sora confused and asked "Retreat?? Are you sure about that?" John reloads his karabiner 98 and placed it on his right side while he took out his Walther PP9 on his left arm and fired three times. The people halt their fire and no gunshots and they paid their attention to John because of the gunshot earlier, while the enemy was on the hot pursuit John walks among his men and unsheathed his katana and raises above him then he shouted that can be heard around the area "19TH REGIMENT!!!! The whole 19th regiment came out on their respective bunkers that 10 meters away from their position. They rushed towards their leader with bows, arrows, katanas, spears, shields, kukris, maces, axes and also the banner that represents the '19th Blue Army Regiment'. Borya's 1st battalion we're confused and murmured among each other, John stands in front of them while the 19th Regiment open fired the enemy. " 1ST BATTALION OF BORYA'S REGIMENT LINED UP!!! When they heard that, they fall in line. " Comrades, I congratulate you all to survive the carnage that we've faced yesterday and we drove them back with minimum losses, right now, the 'udvikling' has now started to all-out means it means that they will attack all sides without any hesitation for just to kill us and me as a leader of this group will be spared and they will bring me to their leader then they will kill me after they interrogate me about the world we live in," he said. The atmosphere suddenly changes the mood on the 1st battalion, "No need to fear my friends because of that it will never happen if we succeed and killed them all right?" he continued in motivated and dedication at the same time. " FEAR NOT! BECAUSE THE REINFORCEMENTS HAS NOW ARRIVE ABOUT 50 MINUTES, SHALL WE GIVE THEM A WARM WELCOME EH?" John smiled and the 1st battalion smiled and laugh. John readied his katana and his red dagger to perform his 'dance' while the 1st battalion readied their rifles as they waiting on John's orders to signal the attack.

"Ghost, this is Oscar Mike we will be there about 30 minutes, over". As the radio announced, John picks the radio and said " Roger, this Ghost glad to have you there Oscar Mike we are just about to put in the show while we waiting for you over". He glared at his messenger and said " Jerry get the red flag and stand beside me" the man named Jerry nodded and left to get the red flag. As the wind suddenly blows widely John noticed that the reinforcement now arrived, as Jerry running towards John while carrying the red flag as he instructed, he to stand beside John while waiting for new orders. John looked at Jerry and said, "Jerry I need you to wave the flag as I finish my first attack then commence the attack we need to show our guests here you know what I mean though". Jerry chuckled and nodded, John sighed and jumped above his men and then he shouted " IGNIS PENICULLUS: FLAMMA DE WALL (Fire Style: Wall of Flame)" he opened his mouth while the fire came out on his mouth to slow down the enemy movement. As the fire came out Jerry raised and waves the flag to perform the attack. The soldiers between Borya and 19th regiments saw the flag they stand and rushed towards the enemy to protect their leader.

As John was stand in front of his enemies in death glared the demon shouted on him and they eyed on him like a prize, as the flame suddenly disappeared and the mist covered behind him. The demons didn't know that they entered a trap, after that, they saw multiple silhouettes appear behind him and revealed his men shouting and running towards them. John smirks and shouted "ЗАРЯЖАТЬ!!!!!!! while the reinforcement was arrived, they will sit back and enjoy the show.
