Runaway pt.2: camping trip

The next morning, Mike was still sleeping when someone knocked on his window. " who's there.." he groaned annoyed. " psst.. it's me, Scarlett..wake up, you lazy head." said Scarlett. Mike groaned " what do you want, Scar?" asked Mike.

" ughh.... camping trip, remember?" asked Scarlett annoyed.

" oh yeah... I totally forgot. Gimme a few minutes, I wanna freshen up."

Scarlett climbed up the window and sat in his bed. Mike took some clothes and went to the bathroom.

A few minutes later, Mike got out and then brought out a suitcase. He packed some clothes and many bottles of water.

" how much water do you need for a few days?" asked Scarlett

" I don't know." he replied.

Mike quickly wrote a note to Zhang and then they jumped the window and set off to Clinton Forest.
