The main character is a girl as you can tell by title. Well she has no name at present point I'll fix that later.                                                                  

The girl got an uncle who is a Mafia leader. As a descendant she inherits the Mafia and his personal gange. The serve her but their real boss is still her uncle, who had mostly stepped down. Her daddy got own small gang that, mostly work as bodyguards. Padra own a business with no time for his daughter. Grew up with uncle since her dad traveled a lot for his business didn't need something holding him down in one spot. So she lives like she has a double life with having to watch over the streets and take over gangs. Then with being a high schooler during most of her day.

Since the present gange is only obeying her since under orders from her uncle. Not because she has earned their respect, for her own strengths, leadership, and abilities. Making her come to her decision of making own gange. but didn't tell her uncle incase he interfered with her mission. Escaping her house to take on the streets single handed to find new worthy members. The problem wasn't lack of canudates but people with the lack of skills. Their line of work is spergejust. You have to urn the trust of your leader and earn, not just demand respect. To susciend you can't relay on one way of doing things you have to be open to new things too.
