Chapter 19: Yunyun is lucky

"So, this going to be our restaurant?" I asked as Tama and I looked at the building that has been worn out.

It's a two floor building that's been damage, the walls have crack, windows are broken and the building seems about to fall as it's wobble a few times from wind. There are also keep out sign, for sale sign that has now been covered by sold.

"Yep, it was quite cheap to 5 million." Tama told me.

"Should we head in first?" I asked her.

She nod and we both head in.

"This place needs to be destroyed first." I said to them. We are covered in webs and dust, as we stroll in the building we found out some of the support beam is damaged some are already broken.

The place was also infested with mice and cockroach. The place has no furniture, most likely looted or the previous owner took it.

"I agree, it might be best to destroy it and built our own restaurant since renovating is impossible sine the support beam might give out as I saw some are missing." Tama said.

"So we are going to hire some demolition then clean up right?" I spoke as we head back to the hotel.

"Yes, also we need a blue print for our restaurant first."

"So we are hiring an architect?"

"Yes, we just give out our plan and what we want our restaurant to look like then we can leave it up to them."

"That's good, you should call them first. Then plan next in how to bring some customers and what makes our restaurant unique since we are only opening in Saturday and in two months see need to have at least 50,000 customer." I added.

"True, plus we also need to plan on how to make dish that is not from this world?" She added.

"Let's put a pin in that, we should focus first on building the restaurant and the food that we will serve." I spoke as we entered the hotel.

"Hahaha!!" Looking at the source of laughter, I see Garp laughing along with another old man.

"But still Garp-dono, how do you get your body so youthful?"

"Haha! there's nothing special. Eat then train Hahaha!!! But also sleeping since that I very important!"

"I see, Haha!!" The both laughed.

"Guys, welcome back!" Yunyun greeted us.

"Yo, Yunyun. This?" I spoke as I looked at the old man

"Oh? This is Nakiri Senzaemon. He is the Director of Totsuki Academy. He came here to meet the winner of the sponsorship and what plans do we have." Yunyun said.

Then an Elderly man comes up to us who are talking. He has long spiky gray hair with a mustache and a beard. He also has a scar on his right eye running diagonally from the middle of his forehead down to just above his right cheekbone. Despite his advanced age, The old man is incredibly fit and muscular even though it's being hidden by his Yukata.

"Yes, I was surprised that someone actually one the lottery because the change of winning it was very slim so I was surprised and want to meet the winner." He spoke.

"I see."

"Plus, I was also able to exchange pointers with Garp on how to become strong and more youthful."

I looked at Garp and he was picking his nose, when he meet my gaze and I pointed my look towards Senzaemon, he just shrug indicating that he have no clue what his talking about.

"Now, then what are you going to do right now?" He asked Yunyun.

"Oh, We are going to make a restaurant."

"Oh, they you must be extremely lucky to have the sponsorship since the sponsorship was for some special student who wants to build a restaurant after they graduated. But some students left to train themselves anf learn more from other and experience chef." He spoke.

"Well then, after you have built a restaurant, What's you next objective?" He spoke and look at Yunyun.

"Next objective? We are going to to make 10 dishes that is not from this world."

"Not from this world!? Hahaha!!! That seems a impossible objective but I do hope that you are able to create it." He said before heading towards the exit.

"Now, I am sorry but I have to cut our meeting short since I am very busy. But I do hope that you create a dish that is not from this world." He spoke before leaving.

"Weird man, but anyway did you have plans for the restaurant?" Garp asked.

"We are just going to make some plans. But when we were heading back. We decided that we will be destroying the building since that building was beyond repair." Tama spoke as she sit in one of the seat.

"We are also planning to hire an architect to make the plans for the building and we are just going to give idea on what will the building look like." I spoke.

"We are not putting your face in the front. A Logo might just be fine along with cat ears and tail. But you far is a no go since people might think that it's a animal restaurant." I spoke.

"So we will also be leaving that to the architect and just gave some ideas." Tama said.

"So that's all about today's meeting I guess." I spoke.

"Oh yeah! I forget! We will be Touring Totsuki Academy in Thursday. The director said that we will pick on what we will need and use the sponsorship to the fullest in 3 months." Yunyun said.

"Oh yeah! another thing! Senzaemon also told me since I was the winner I was told that I can come and go in Totsuki without any problem."

'Yunyun is really lucky ' Tama and I thought.

"He also said that we can hire student to work here to gain some experience and we don't have to pay them but we do need to grade them."

'Yunyun, you are our good luck charm!' Tama and I thought as we have new slav- I mean staff that we don't need to pay but grade them instead.
