Lilly had come over with Amy to keep her company.
They moved up to the living room.
"How are you, Dad told me, Uncle is still ignoring you," asked Lilly.
"Yeah, he comes home late when am asleep and leaves early in the morning".
"Did you apologise to him?" asked Amy.
"I did, but I guess words hurt him so deeply ". She said.
"Okay let's not be depressed, we are here to celebrate my engagement " Lilly showed them the ring.
"Wow, that's a big diamond " Eraya commented.
"It's beautiful " she smiled.
The topic changed and the girls forgot about their troubles, as they happily celebrated with Lilly.
They danced, ate and watched movies. Sang along to their favourite songs.
When they were done, they dropped back into their seats exhausted.
"Lilly, do you still have mom's number?" Eraya suddenly asked.
