The words were clear enough. The group exchanged glances, reckoning that Gao Ming was unlikely to face any danger, and reluctantly nodded in tacit agreement. They collectively saw Gao Ming out, watching him board his bodyguard's car and head out into the distance.
Gao Ming smoothly arrived at where Liang Zong was staying.
Upon meeting, Liang Zong immediately rushed over to give him a heartfelt hug.
"Goodness, it's my dear Gao, I was so scared these past few days, thinking something might have happened to you. If something did happen, I really wouldn't know how to face your esteemed father."
Gao Ming seemed to have anticipated this greeting, and thus responded with a smile.
"Fortunately, I didn't lose a single hair. Just got terribly scared that day, so I've spent these few days quietly recuperating at home. I turned off my phone as well, so it would have been normal that you couldn't reach me."
There was a hint of accusation in Liang Zong's gaze.
