Chapter 83. Captain Childd?

A few days later, another news shook the world. Whitebeard pirates had sailed to impel down to break out their 1st division commander Marco. Unfortunately, the day before, the marines had moved Marco to Marineford.

Not only that, Marshall D. Teach, the man that was the former Whitebeard pirates, now known as Warlord Blackbeard, had used this moment to breakout the worst of criminals, right after Whitebeard escaped.

His cew grew and he gained a big crew made up by the most dangerous pirates.

Ace frowned at those news. He could feel that the world was changing.

"Captain, there's an island ahead."

"Eh, is it an island under another yonko?" Urouge asked, excited, hoping for another great fight.

"No, it shouldn't be." Nami said as she looked at the map, there were many islands around these parts so it was hard to pinpoint exactly where they were until they stepped into the island.

Jojo closed his eyes as he used his magnetic field to hear what the people of the islands were saying. At first it was blurry but when they got close enough he could hear it.

"This is Alberts Island, a marinebase." Jojo said.

"Hmm is that so, maybe we'll have a fun fight then!" Urouge seemed content.

"A marinebase? Won't they attack us with reimbursements if we go there?" Urouge said as he hid behind Ace.

Ace felt something hug his arm and sighed, this Apoo was a bit too cowardly sometimes.

"Baka, we are the crew of a Yonko now... Wait, it wouldn't be so smart to step into that island now that I think about it, they might come after us with full force " Gaga Said as she realised.

"Let's not spend time on this place." Ronaldino said.

"Ahh I get it, you're trying to say that you and me should spend the rest of our lives together!" Baby 5 cried as she hugged him.

Ace saw this and then looked at Apoo that was hugging him in fright, and got annoyed.

*SMACK*

"Oouch, Captain what was that about!" Apoo angrily pointed his finger at him.

"Only cute girls can hug me from now on!" Ace gave a new command.

"Ah I don't want to hug you captian." Gaga said.

"I said cute girls." Ace explained.

"Captain.... You're pretty harsh sometimes." Yennow said.

"Ara ara, you have to reach the level of my beauty to have the right to hug captain." Cavendish said smugly, as he looked at his face in the mirror. He realised that the mirror wasn't perfect enough to capture his beauty.

"Cavendish, sometimes you're kinda sus." Spikewards said.

"Captain, I have brought dishonor to you by not being a cute girl!" Nobujuro shouted in regret as he drew his sword.

*SMACK* Nami helped him out with her staff.

"Captain, the Marines seems to have left the base with the minimal amount of people. Only a rear admiral was left with a hundred Marines..." Jojo seemed to focus as he listened.

"It must be because of the Whiteboard Pirates, they're probably preparing for war in Marineford..." Ace thought out loud.

"And it seems like this island is under pirate attack." Jojo also added.

"Which group?" Nami asked curiously.

"I don't know, someone called captain Kidd?" Jojo said, not knowing who it is.

"Kidd?" Ace rubbed his chin, Captain kidd owas one for the rookies that started creating havoc.

"I know him." Law said with a frown, it didn't seem like they were friends from the tone on his voice.

"Eh, is he a good person?" Ace asked.

"Is he strong?" Urouge asked.

"Will he attack us?" Spoon asked.

"Is he handsome?" Gaga asked.

"Hey what about me??" Yennow asked Gaga.

"Tsk, will he get in the way of my beauty as I pose" Cavendish asked.

"Can I fight him?" Yamato asked.

Law got silent as he was bombarded with questions.

"I met him once after I set sail for the first time. He was strong." Was all that he said.

"Hmm" Ace seemed to be in deep thought.

"He is 19 and has already become infamous for the destruction and casualties that he leaves in his path." Law explained.

"But it's weird that he got here this fast." Law realised. Kidd seemed like the ambitious type, why would he sail these parts? Instead of going toward the One Piece.

"Sounds fun, let's go to the island."

"Aye aye captain!"

As soon as they neared they found another ship at the port and they could hear the battle going on.

It didn't take long for the ship to dock at the port, right beside another ship. The ship was formed like the skeleton of a gigantic fish, and the fish's skull was the front of the ship.

The sails were up.

Ace looked at the ship and suddenly felt like he was hungry for some fish.

"Not now captain." Nami reminded him that it wasn't time to eat yet.

"Ah right." Ace said as he seemed slightly saddened.

His crew waited for him to step onto the island, so Ace started walking toward the board that Spikewards had put between their ship and the port.

As Ace walked forward, Yennow brought his black hat to him and Gaga threw his black cape at him.

Urouge handed ACE to his captain witha big grin.

"Thanks." Ace simply said with a smile, his aura had completely changed as he was about to step into the island.

He wore an open white shirt, his black hat and black robes, blue shorts and sandals, with his sword on his hip.

Everyone could feel the cool breeze that brought some cold, caressing winds, thanks to the shade from the clouds in the sky... The island seemed slightly cool.

And as soon as Ace stepped his foot onto the island, it was as if the coolness vaporised as the temeprute on the island rose by ten degrees.

The clouds in the sky dispersed and the rays of the sun seemed to become stronger than before.

In the middle of the island, a tall, pale Pirate captain whith bright red spiky hair, stopped in his tracks as his fur-cloak fluttered in the wind.

Even the Rear admiral suddenly halted. He had a black costume with a white fly on his neck with slicked back hairstyle.

Both of them felt the temperature suddenly rise by ten degrees as the clouds in the sky dispersed in a second.

The sun shined on them but the rays felt even stronger than usual, they looked around feeling that something was wrong, but they couldn't see anyone so their sights turned to each other again.

"What's going on? What did you do?" The rear admiral spoke in his cold tone."

"Don't get scared because the weather changed, this is grandline!" Captain Kid said, not really caring about the changes on the island. Captain Kid then attacked the rear admiral again as their fight resumed
