“Ow, my ass hurts.”
Winston had him stand. “I’m sorry.” He pulled him into a hug. “I’m sorry I spanked you. I know you deserved it, but I’m sorry it had to happen.” He hugged tight.
“I guess I should tell Grandpa and Joy that I listened in on their private conversation.”
Winston stayed silent.
“This is where you say I don’t have to and the spanking deleted my sin.”
Winston sighed. “If you want me to, I will, but I don’t believe it. Sorry.”
Travis pulled free of Winston, pulled his briefs up, and walked to the living room. Grandpa and Joy sat on the couch, talking quietly. Angela read a book, sitting in an easy chair. Travis stood in front of them. “Grandpa, Joy, I have a confession.” He swallowed hard. Winston stood nearby. “I eavesdropped on your conversation earlier in the old garage when you decided to get married. I know I shouldn’t have done it. I chose to do it, and I knew it was wrong.”
Grandpa knitted his brows. “Is that why Winston spanked you?”
