Chapter 7:

I was looking around when someone bumps into me. And knocks me on the ground

''Oh jesohamnida''

I take the hand that the person in front of me offered, and as soon as I held it, I feel a sensation of warmth all along my arm. It's that warmth again. It's him. I know it even without looking at him. Chan...

I quickly take my hand off of his and get up on my own. I lift my head and lock eyes with him. His eyes are something else tho. Those dark orbs of his make me want to never stop looking at them.

Ok i have to stop. If I don't find a solution soon, my feelings are going to get out of control. I can't let that happen. If I don't want to end up with a broken heart like dad, I have to control myself.

Felix breaks our eyes contact by popping out of nowhere ans saying:

''Oh YN there you are. I see you have met with Chan hyung. He's the leader of our group and he's Australian too.''

''Hyung this is YN, my childhood best friend. She'll be living with us in the dorm. And if she's lucky enough she'll be working as a choreographer here in the company.''

I execute a little bow and he does the same.

''Well sorry hyung but we have to go now to meet with JYP''

''Sure, i'll see you at the practice room''

They smile at each other and Chan turns to look at me.

''Good luck YN-ssi, i'm sure you'll do well''

''Thank you'' i murmur looking down not wanting to lock eyes with him again.

And with that Felix and I make our way to JYP's office.

''It's so nice to finally meet you Mrs Kim, i hope we can work together well''

''Of course sir, i'm willing to give my blood sweat and tears to my work. Especially since it's something that i love to do.''

''I see you have the same energy as you're brother. Felix mentioned earlier that Seungmin is your twin. I can see that.''

''Yes sir he is''

''Well Mrs Kim, Felix here already showed me some of your dancing skills and this is why you're here. But i would like to see what you've got to give our company. Could you show us your moves?''

''Sure, why not.''

''Perfect, Felix please show Mrs Kim where to change and we'll meet at SKZ's practice room''

He nods. I stand up and bow politely at JYP. And then head out of his office to the changing room.

''Felix what does SKZ refer to?''

''Didn't you know already. It's Stray Kids. Our group name.''

I stop in my tracs. Felix notices and looks back at me.

''Is something wrong?''

''I have to dance infront of your group?''

''Yeah that's what JYP said.''

''What!!''

He chuckles at my reaction.

''YN calm down, it's just us''

''I know but what if i embarrass myself?''

''You're not going to embarrass yourself YN, you're one of the best dancers that i've ever met. You'll do just great. Plus you'll be able to show the trainee group that you'll be working with, that they have the best choreographer in the company.''

''Wait what! I have to dance infront of the trainee group that i'll be assigned to?? Why didn't you tell me earlier? What if they hate me? Or think that i'm weird? I'll just never have the job!''

''YN can you calm down for a bit? Look you'll do just fine i'm sure of that. Plus the trainees will never say something bad about you. And even if they do i'll beat their asses for you. Okay. Aaww come here, you'll do just fine''

He says as he pulls me closer to him engulfing me in a hug. This must be one of the best hugs that he gave me. It's just so comforting.

''Okay now lets go. JYP doesn't like people being late.''

''Okay so everyone meet Mrs Kim YN she'll be a choreographer here at the company and she'll be working with the new trainee girl group.''

''Mrs Kim this is the group that you're assigned to. And this is Stray Kids, of course you already know them. Well now if you don't mind you can show us you're moves.''

''Sure''

I step in the middle of the room and play the music:

When i finish i do a little bow and everyone in the room clap their hands.

I was so nervous the whole time. Not because i was afraid that i might make a wrong move. It was because whenever i put my hands up my shirt lifts which exposes my tattoo. I just hope no one saw it. Especially the boys. I've told them that i didn't meet my soulmate yet, and i don't want them to think of me as a liar. Thank god the tattoo is not that big or else it would've been so obvious.

No more tank tops for me. Or i should cover it with make up at least.

''That was a very good performance Mrs Kim and i think your trainee group is happy with it as well'' JYP tells me and motions the girls with his hand.

I turn to look at them but instead of locking eyes with them i lock them with Chan. Shit i totally forgot that he was here too.

It's like his eyes are some sort of magnet. They keep attracting my attention.

''Unnie, you did so good. I'm so exited to work with you'' one of the girls says and she gets me out of my thoughts. I advert my attention to her and give her a smile while murmuring a small thank you.

''I'm exited to work with you too, and i hope we get together well.''

''Well that settles it then. Mrs Kim you'll start working here staring from tomorrow.''

''Of course sir. I'll be here.''

''Good. Everyone get back to your work. Mrs Kim follow me please so that i can give you you're work schedule and discuss with you everything work related''

And with that we go back to his office. Apparently i have to work from 7AM to 10PM from Monday to Friday. And Saturday i have work from 9AM to 9PM. Sunday is my day off.

After finishing talking with JYP. His secretary gives me a tour of the whole building and i even got the chance to meet other groups such as Twice, Itzy, Day6...

(AN NOTE: so bad that Got7 disbanded i miss them so much).

She explained to me some of JYP rules that he didn't talk with me about. Such as not being late to work. Not dating one of the group's members from the company....

I ended up having lunch with the trainee group that i'll be working with. They are 4 girls, and i got to know about them a little while we were eating.  (AN NOTE: this group doesn't exist i've just made it up for the story. Same goes for the names and everything related to the trainee group.)

Aera, she's the oldest and she's younger than me by a year. She's the leader, main rapper and lead dancer. She's the one that talked to me back at the practice room. And i think the position of the leader suits her. She's wise and intelligent.



Chaewon, she's one year younger than Aera. She's a vocalist, visual and main dancer.

She's sweet and has a kind heart i could see that from the way she talks to her members.



Eunji is the oldest makne. She's the second visual, main vocalist, and lead rapper. She's the quiet of the group but also the crackhead. I'm saying this based on what I see and what Aera told me.



Then there is Jia and she's the real maknae, she's lead vocalist and main dancer. She's the baby of the group but acts as if she's 5 years older than everyone.



The girls are really sweet and i feel like i'm going to get well with them.

I get back to the dorm and i feel like cooking. I wonder what time they finish practicing.

I decide to text Felix, since he's the only one out of the guys that i have his number. I forgot to ask the others for theirs, it just seemed weird.

''When are you done with practice?''

He answers almost immediately.

''In an hour or two. Why you need something?''

''No just wanted to know.''

''Okay then take care :*''

I blush at the sight of the little kiss that he sent me.

''You too. :*''

I go to take a shower first the freshen up a bit before cooking the guys dinner.

I go to my new room and see that i still have to unpack. I'll do it later tonight. For now, I put on a hoodie and some shorts before getting down to the kitchen. I open the fridge, but to my surprise it was empty. I open one of the cupboards but there's nothing in there either except for some snacks. Do they even eat?

Well i guess it's time for some grocery.

I just finished cooking and not to brag about it but this looks delicious.

I hear the door opening, it's them.

I place the last touches on the dining table, when i hear footsteps coming closer and some gasps echoing in the room.

''Wow... noona you did this for us?''

''Well yeah... i figured you'd be hungry and tired after spending the whole day working. So i thought you'd be happy to eat some home made food. Oh and you guys should eat healthier, stop eating junk food it's not good.''

''Thank you YN-ssi'' they say all in unison.

''Wait how did you know that we only eat junk food?'' Felix asks.

''Well the only thing that it's in you're kitchen it's some snacks that i found on the cupboard. Even the fridge is empty''

They chuckle at their own attitude. Oh my god. These guys need someone to take care of them. And i'll do it with great pleasure.

''Wow... YN i didn't know you could cook this good'' Seungmin says, chewing on his food happily.

''Well... i always cooked for me and dad back in Australia. I couldn't let him poison the both of us''

They all laugh. Even Chan. Which warms my heart, not gonna lie. Ok YN you really have to stop.

After finishing dinner the boys offer to do the dishes since i prepared dinner for them. And i decide to go up to my room and start unpacking and organizing the room more to my liking. When suddenly someone knocks on the door.
