Old friends
Two friends were seen drinking and chatting as they laugh happily unknown to the pair of eyes staring at them with unfathomable emotions.
"Boss, what will you like to eat?"Mr Robert asked Alexander whose eyes looks fixated on a particular section, Mr Robert followed his eye sight and saw the girl from this morning, she was with a male friend and they look really close.
Alexander snapped out of his daze wondering what wrong with him,this is the second time something like this is happening to him and he definitely don't have an explanation for this.
He looked at Mr Robert"bring me a cup of cappuccino ASAP"he walked away not wanting to wait any longer.
Elizabeth and Jeff were busy talking about their college days, Jeff looked at Elizabeth pretty face,her smile,her laughs and everything about her makes him run mad. He was already tired of hiding his feelings for her,lying that he's a gay was not something he was proud of but if she finds out that he's not actually gay, he was sure that she'll distance herself from him.
"Mackenzie was like no way and Suzie immediately farted as the whole hall became quiet. Hahahaha"Elizabeth said laughing while holding her stomach, she saw that Jeff was immersed in his own thoughts, she clicked her fingers in his face as he shook his head and stared into her eyes.
"Jeff, what's wrong?,you look absentmind. Did you break up with your boyfriend?"she asked with utmost seriousness as he lift a brow.
"Don't tell me that you're already straight"she said as her smile was replaced with a frown"Of course not,i just wish that Ciara could be here because i'll soon leave again"Elizabeth unknowingly breath out as she took out her phone from her bag.
"I could call her right now"she dailed her number, she started hearing Ciara ringtone behind her, she turned back and saw Ciara entering with a man and it looks like she was forced by the way she forced each steps as she walked.
Ciara saw her phone ringing and thanked whosever was calling her in her mind "i need to take this"the man looked at her with uncertainty.
"Don't try anything funny"she smiled sweetly at him"I wouldn't dare"she walked away and went to the restroom picking up the call.
"Hey babe, what's up"Ciara asked hoping she could delay their conversation and he would have bought whatever he wants to eat.
"I'm with Jeff"Ciara beamed in happiness,their other half of their triangle is complete but what's she's afraid of is,will he be able to hide his feelings from her?.
"Can you meet us for lunch"Elizabeth asked.
"Am really sorry,i can't make it. Am with a very annoying creature"she said with a apologetic tone when she heard a knock on the door of her restroom.
"Someone is in here"the person didn't stop making her frown.
"Babe, i'll talk to you,i need to teach some nuisance some lesson"she hung up the call and opened the door harshly not caring whoever was there but it seems like the person knew she would do that because she didn't feel any weight on the door.
"Bitch, didn't you....."she shouted while closing the door when she saw him, she opened her mouth seeing him.
"You entered the girls restroom. Don't you have any shame"she said bewildered by his shamelessness. He smiled at her.
"When am with you,why would i hold onto any dignity."she sneered at his answer.
"Let's go"she said walking away,then paused. "One more thing,you maybe my employer but that doesn't mean you get to trick me"she said biting her lips to stop the tears from flowing out before walking out leaving the man all alone.
"Sonner or later, i'll make you mine again and no matter how much hatred you hold for me in your heart, i'll still forever love you"he said to no one in particular,then followed the path she followed out.
