(The Great Not-So Omniscient Author's POV)

Inside the student council room, there were a group of people gathered doing their own things.

"Thank you for accepting my invitation, Kotomine-kun," Said the young woman sitting behind a desk.

She has long light brown hair tied into two braids in the back and orange eyes with a pair of circular glasses. She was Touka Toudou, the president of the student council of Hagun Academy, and also a B-rank Blazer.

"No problem, president, but…" Shirou said while looking at the side in the corner of his eyes.

"Just wait for me! I will win this time!"

"Over my dead bod–Wait! How!? How did you hit me with the turtle! I was far ahead of you! Wha–No! You passed me!"

"Hahahahaha I told you I would win this time!"

"You are cheating! You are cheating! I call this hacks!"

"But I call this skills!"

Both the vice-president and the general affairs manager were playing M*rio Kart while making a lot of noises, which were making it hard to concentrate and have a proper conversation.

"...Are you sure they should act like this?" Shirou asked concerned as he looked back at Touka.

"It's fine! It's fine! We are the student council, after all, so we can do anything!" Said the vice-president said without any shame, not even bothering to turn back to look at them.

He was Utakata Misogi, a young man with long white hair with lime green eyes. Although he was 17 years old, he would be what society labelled as 'shota', with his noticeably short and undeveloped figure, as if he never hit puberty.

A vein popped out on Touka's forehead as she clenched her fists.

"STOP FOOLING AROUND AND START ACTING LIKE A STUDENT COUNCIL MEMBER!!" Touka shouted at them as she waved her fists furiously in the air.

""Yes president!"" They replied at the same time as if they were soldiers before they suddenly broke out in giggles.

"Jeez, you guys seriously…Why do I have to endure this?" Touka said tiredly as she fell on the chair.

Shirou chuckled at this scene, this made him remember a certain alien girl back at the dormitory.

"Anyway, what did you call me, president? Don't tell me you want me to forfeit the match and make it look like I lost to you," Shirou said as he sharped his eyes at her, but in truth, he was just teasing Touka.

"No! I would never do anything like that!" Touka quickly denied his assumption, but when she saw the smile on his face, she noticed that she was been played and pouted angrily at Shirou.

"Hahahaha! Look at the pouting of the president! It's like a child!" Utakata said as he pointed his finger at Touka.

"Ara~Ara~I didn't know president could act this cute," Said the young woman beside Touka.

She had long blond hair and a pair of blue eyes, but they were hidden under a white sun hat that had the same color as her dress. She was Kanata Totokubara, usually seen in the same white dress and hat even inside buildings.

Touka blushed in embarrassment and quickly tried to change the topic of the conversation, "A-Anyway, the reason I called Kotomine-kun is that I want to invite you to join the student council."

"Can I know the reason?" Shirou asked.

"We watched all your matches and the performance of your battles were all superb, not to mention that Kurono-sensei and Nene-sensei seemed to trust you, so we thought you will make a great asset for both the student council and for our academy," Touka explained to him.

Shirou pondered about it in silence while all the members stopped what they were doing and looked at him, waiting eagerly for his answer. However, much to their disappointment, Shirou shook his head.

"I see…" Touka said a bit sad, "Can you tell me why?"

"I feel that the burden of being one of the members of the student council is too much for me, and I am afraid of failing the expectations of everyone," Shirou said in a sad tone.

"Very well," Touka said as she closed her eyes briefly, "Now the real reason?"

"I want to laze around in my free time…" Shirou replied immediately without hesitation, 'And I wouldn't be able to do some of my things if I joined the student council.'

*Sigh*

"As I thought…" Touka muttered as she took off her glasses and massaged her temples, "*Sigh* Forcing you to join wouldn't work also, as neither of us wants it."

Shirou smiled dryly as he heard her complaints.

"Nevertheless, I am still grateful for your invitation, president," Shirou said as he got up from the chair, "Then excuse me, I will leave now."

"Sure, thank you for giving us your time," Touka said as she put back the glasses, "Still it's a waste not having you in the student council."

Shirou didn't say anything this time and walked towards the door, but before he left, he was called by the president for the last time.

"Kotomine-kun, I will beat you with all of my strength, so please also don't hold back," Touka said seriously as she stared at his back. She knew that Shirou was holding back from all the matches he has been so far and even some of the top B-ranks Blazers of the academy couldn't make Shirou break a sweat.

Shirou stopped his tracks and smiled, "Then make me, Raikiri, if you are strong enough then I might show you the realm beyond humans," He said and challenged her at the same time before leaving the student council room.

"Hello again everybody! I am Mikazuki Tsukuyomi , your commentator as usual! We had an amazing match this morning and I am sure you all watched it!" She said in an enthusiastic tone as always and the audience screamed in excitement.

"But I know you aren't here to chat! After all, we will soon have our greatest match of this year! Look, they are entering the arena!" Mikazuki said as everyone switched their focus to the gates.

"On one side, we have the president of the student council and the current number one of the student rankings! She's so fast that you can't avoid her! She's so sharp that you can't defend yourself! Will she keep the first place or will she lose after this fight!? A third year, she is Touka Todo, the Raikiri!" Mikazuki said and the crowd screamed in excitement.

At the same time, Touka entered the battlefield with a serious look on her face as electricity travelled around her body like yellow snakes curling around her.

"And her opponent is the new rising star of the Hagun Academy. No one has ever escaped from his fangs! He never leaves space for breathing! Will he usurp the number one seat or will just be one of her challengers!? Second-year, he is Kotomine Shirou, the Innocent Dragon!"

(A/N: I am really bad at names, please leave a suggestion for his title.)

The audience erupted in cheers and shouted their names.

"This match will be reported and commented on by me and Nene Saikyo-sensei! We will hope that she doesn't finish as the last time!" Mikazuki said, with a bit of plea as she looked at Nene, but the loli just shrugged her shoulders.

"There is something I didn't say back at the room…" Touka said as the electricity flowed through her hair, making it float, "Since the time I first saw you, I knew you were stronger than me, but this is also the reason that I want to defeat you!"

She said as a sphere of purple lighting appeared in front of her before taking the form of a katana and a sheath. This was her Device, Narukami. She grabbed the handle of the katana and stated it, holding it at the level of her hip.

"I see…Then show me your resolve, Touka Todo," Shirou said as the space distorted beside him and a Miike Tenta Mitsuyo appeared beside him and he grabbed the handle.

"Let's Go Ahead!" The phrase appeared above them as the female mechanical voice announced the start of the match.

However, neither of them moved yet.

Touka remained still and was trying to figure out an opening in his stance. She didn't rush to him as jumping directly to the unknown was too risky as Shirou didn't reveal that much of his abilities.

"You know, I feel inspired by Shizuku-san's field creation, so I think I will do something similar," Shirou said which alerted Touka as she hardened her grip on the handle, "But I will apologise beforehand as it is still incomplete, but it will do the work."

Shirou swung horizontally and immediately after, Touka widened her eyes in disbelief.

The arena behind Shirou was crumbling and was immediately replaced by the void, slowly changing the whole area until she could only see the infinite void.

Touka panicky looked around but the only thing she could see was the darkness around her.

'What did he do? Where am I!?' Questions were raised inside her head, which will soon find the answer to it.

The ground emerged under her feet and Touka suddenly found herself standing in the middle of a burning grass field, but then the ground trembled as a Japanese style castle emerged from the dirt a few meters from her.

"Welcome to Shimabara Hell, president!" Shirou projected his voice through magecraft.

As soon as she heard his voice, Touka immediately stumbled to the ground and started coughing. Her katana fell beside her and she felt her whole body numb and couldn't bring any strength to move before falling to the ground.

"Normally, this whole place would reject any living being and kill them with the poison in the air, but I toned it down enough just to make you be in bed for a few hours," Shirou said, not bothered if Touka was even listening to him.

Shirou checked her using [Structural Analysis] before dispersing the incomplete reality marble.

To put it simply, the only reason why it was incomplete was that the current Shirou lacked the hatred that his Avenger counterpart possessed, which was crucial to make it dangerous as it is. And Shirou wouldn't need his space manipulation ability in order to use it.

When he came back from the reality marble, everyone was surprised at the fallen president and Shirou who appeared with no scratch on him.

"W-What just happened!?" Mikazuki exclaimed in surprise, "The Raikiri came back defeated after disappearing along with the contestant Shirou! What are your thoughts, Nene-sensei?"

"Kotobo probably brought her into another dimension and defeated her there," Nene said with her usual smile, 'As expected, the lightning president stood no chance against him, but I am curious. There are also no signs of injury on her body, so how did Shirou defeat her? Did he force her defeat or did he use any hidden ability?'

"I-Is that so? So Shirou is strong enough to do something this big?"

"Yes, now announce already the winner!" Nene said and Mikazuki noticed that Shirou was looking at her.

"G-Game over! Winner the Innocent Dragon, Kotomine Shirou!" Mikazuki hurriedly announced as the students cheered, although still confused at the development of the match, which they didn't know what happened in the other dimension.

Shirou smiled as he walked away and some staff members went over there and carried Touka to the infirmary.

In the hallway, a fat man stood there, out of the view of the students before he walked away with an ugly smile on his face. But unfortunately for him, he didn't escape the sight of a certain person.
