"Thia,Can you stop, please," Oliver said to his sister who was still rambling on about his mate.
"I still don't get it. Why did you agree to join their pack?" Thia asked .
"What's there not to get. She is my mate. I want to be with her," Oliver said. Just thinking about his cute mate made him smile.
"But,she could also do that for you," Thia said.
"Thia, she has her whole family there. I don't want her to leave his whole family for me," Oliver asked sighing.
"What about your family?" Thia asked.
"Thia, being a mate, doesn't only mean that you'd expect your mate to sacrifice for you. You've to make sacrifices too," Oliver said clamly. Thia didn't say anything.
"Hey,kids. Dinner is almost ready," Maura Queen, Oliver's mom said smiling softly as she opened the door.
"Mom,where is Dad?" Oliver asked.
"In the study," replied his mom.
"Dad, come down please," Oliver asked. He was so excited to tell his parents about his mate.
"Hey,dude," his dad greeted him coming down.
"Mom,Dad,I found my mate," Oliver said to his parents who smiled widely at the news.
"Congratulations, Ollie. I'm so happy for you," his mom said hugging him.
"You've to be more responsible now, young man," his dad said hugging him too. Oliver was so happy.
After talking to his parents, Oliver went to his room to freshen up. Maura and Thia went to make dinner. Maura noticed that her daughter wasn't so happy about her son's mate.
"Thia, what happened?"she asked.
"Nothing, mom. I just don't want Ollie to leave the pack," Thia said.
"You don't like Ollie's mate," Maura said.
"I just want someone mature for Ollie. Her brothers baby her so much," she said. She was so shocked when she saw Alpha Kim feeding her. Even, Beta Second Kim was carrying her everywhere.
"You can't judge someone like that," Maura said.
"I've seen her for three days, mom. She acts like a baby," Thia said.
"I don't think three days are enough to know someone," Maura said laughing lightly.
"I just want someone to take care of Ollie. She's just a spoilt brat," Thia said.
"That spoilt brat is my mate,Thia," Oliver said coming into the kitchen. Oliver didn't mind if his mate was spoil. He would love to spoil her more.
"I didn't mean it like that," Thia said quickly not to make her brother angry.
"It doesn't matter to me,Thia. She is my mate. I'll love and take care of her no matter what," Oliver said.
Maura was listening to her kids. Listening to her son's words she couldn't be more happy. It's perfect.
