"RAIDEN!!!" screamed Cassie as she ran toward him and jumped to hug him. She held onto him tightly as she kept saying, "I MISSED YOU! EVERYONE MISSED YOU! Where have you been?! I thought you had died."

Her eyes were teary as emotions filled her heart. She owed her life to him, and not only that, he was someone she had looked up to when she was young. He was her hero, just like Wonder Woman.

"I missed you too, Cassie. I missed everyone," replied Raiden as he continued.

"Raven's been waiting for you, Raiden! She's been looking for you ever since you left. She didn't even miss a single day, always using different spells to try and find you!" said Cassie.

"I know. Come on, let's go see her. But hold on a second, there's something I'd like to do here," said Raiden.

"Oh sure! And hey, this is Batgirl! She's one of Batman's allies! Just like Robin used to be! Oh, he's not Robin anymore! He's called Nightwing now!" said Cassie.

"Is that so? Well, I guess he finally grew up, huh? Nice to meet you, Batgirl," said Raiden as he looked at her.

"Ah, yes. Nice to meet you. I would like to say I know about you, but information about you is secured," said Batgirl.

"I had expected something like that," said Raiden.

"You also changed a lot from the images," said Batgirl.

And she was correct. Raiden now stood at 6'2", his physique extremely toned due to his training on Odym, unlike his past self. His eyes were golden instead of brown, and much more importantly, he was much older. After all, he was now 18 approaching 19.

"Cassie, Batgirl, this is The Princess of Tamaran, Koriand'r. She's a new refugee on Earth, and this is Carryand'r, a Tamaranian as well. Both are under my complete protection, and they are both my companions on my hard journey back to Earth. So, treat them well," Raiden introduced.

"Hello, nice to meet you, Raiden's friends," said Kori.

"Nice to meet you as well! I'm happy Brother Raiden has such pretty friends!" said Carryand'r.

"Well, introductions are done. Let me handle something," Raiden said as he walked towards the Secretary General.

The man looked at Raiden and said, "I'm thankful for saving my life, sir."

Raiden looked at him confused, then, shocking everyone, he attacked the man, immediately using his hand to rip his head off.

"RAIDEN! NO!" screamed Cassie.

"NO! DON'T!" screamed Barbara.

But as soon as the Secretary General's head rolled on the ground, the two girls' faces changed from a shocked and angered expression to shocked and confused because the head that rolled was robotic.

"It's a robot…" said Batgirl.

Raiden then continued by ripping out his chest. By doing that, the suit was destroyed, and a small imp-like alien emerged sitting inside the suit.

"Well, look what we got here. Any idea what race this is, Carry?" said Raiden.

"It was an alien," said Cassie in shock.

The alien started screaming in a random language. Raiden grabbed him from his head as he squirmed to save himself from Raiden's hands, but it couldn't move a single muscle.

"Go ahead, Carry," Raiden said.

Carry used her ring to scan his body as she said, "It's a Krolotean. Kroloteans are a race of small aliens from Krolotea. Their entire society is built around theft, Brother Raiden. They always travel in groups."

"So there's more of them? Interesting. Looks like Earth has gotten much more fun since I left. Batgirl, Cassie, here, you report this to the Team and Justice League. Guide me to the nearest Zeta tube. I want to go to Mount Justice to see Raven," said Raiden.

"Yeah, sure, Raiden. Follow me," said Cassie.

"Wait! We can't just take him to our headquarters!" said Batgirl.

"Girl, that place was my home before you even learned how to fight. If I wanted to, I would go there on my own. I'm giving you an option here," said Raiden.

"Barbara! Raiden is trustworthy! The team and Nightwing will be excited to see him. Trust me!" said Cassie.

"Fine, and my name is Batgirl and yours is Wonder Girl. Don't forget, we don't know who's listening!"

"Wonder Girl, huh? Interesting nickname, Cassie."

"Yeah, Diana allowed me to use it."

The duo of girls guided Raiden towards an abandoned alleyway with a phone booth. As soon as he walked in, he placed his hand on the machine as the voice spoke

...

Nightwing was looking at the monitors in the Cave, scanning the progress of missions all around the world. The team was much larger now, divided into Alpha Squad, Beta Squad, Gamma Squad, Delta Squad, and occasionally others like Zeta Squad, so he had a lot on his hands to worry about.

"You must be having a hard time with this. Want some help?" said Megan as she walked close to Nightwing.

"Aren't you having too many other problems on your hands?" said Nightwing, referring to Connor, who was playing with his pet wolf.

"Trust me, I'd rather do this. Has Team Gamma finished their mission?" asked Megan.

"Speaking of the devil, here they are," said Nightwing, replying.

"Recognized, Batgirl B-16."

"Recognized, Wonder Girl B-21."

"Looks like the mission went smoothly," said Nightwing, but then a voice was heard, shocking not just Nightwing, but Megan and Connor too. The rest of the new team members were left confused.

"Recognized, Raiden Kagawa B-10."

"Unrecognized, A-12."

"Unrecognized, A-13."

Hearing the name 'Raiden Kagawa,' Nightwing's eyes widened as he looked at the person who had just walked in from the Zeta Tube.

"NIGHTWING! LOOK WHO WE FOUND!" screamed Cassie.

Raiden took a brief look around the headquarters before his eyes closed in on his three ex-allies.

"I guess you guys have grown as well," said Raiden.

"RAIDEN!" screamed Megan as she went flying towards him and hugged him. Raiden was a bit startled, but he returned the hug.

"It's been so long! We looked for you with every possible method! And Raven! Raven's been wanting to find you ever since you left almost four years ago," said Megan.

"Yeah, I know. Thank you, and I'm back now," said Raiden.

Connor and Nightwing were right behind Megan. Raiden turned towards them and said, "I guess you guys kept the fort, huh?"

"We missed you, man. Don't act like nothing happened!" said Nightwing.

"Yeah, we thought we lost you! Where have you been all this time?" said

 Connor.

"Well, I wasn't exactly having fun either. I was thrown into space, another Solar System, called Vega," said Raiden.

"In fact, that's where these two are from. Everyone, meet Koriand'r, the Princess of Planet Tamaran, and Carryand'r. She's from Tamaran as well. They have been my companions for these last four years. I owe my life to them on multiple occasions. They're going to be taking refuge here on Earth with me," said Raiden.

Megan flew towards Kori and Carry and said, "Nice to meet you! I'm Megan! I'm a White Martian from Mars, so I'm like you, a refugee here on Earth too!" With her excitement and overly bubbly attitude, the girls were welcomed in a great manner.

"Robin, oh I guess you're Nightwing now. You finally went through with that, huh?" said Raiden.

"Yeah, I told you I was thinking about it. Well, it happened."

"The Team is larger now, huh?" said Raiden.

"Yeah, we have more than 20 members now, but some of our old members are either retired or graduated now," replied Nightwing.

"Retired? Graduated? Who?"

Connor was the one to speak as he said, "Both Wally and Artemis are now retired. They wanted to focus on college, and Zatanna and Rocket are League members now."

"I see. What about Raven? Where is she now?" As soon as he asked that, a voice was heard from down the hallway.

"Raiden!" Raven's voice quivered, her eyes widening in disbelief as she saw him standing there before her.

Upon hearing her voice, Raiden's heart swelled with emotion. He had dreamt of this moment countless times during his journey through the vastness of space. Without hesitation, he dashed towards her, his legs fueled by longing and determination.

As Raven surged forward to meet him, their movements synchronized in an unstoppable rush of reunion. Four years of separation went away in an instant as they collided in a passionate embrace, their arms wrapping around each other as if afraid to let go.

Raven clung to him, her grip tight and desperate, as if afraid he would vanish once again. Tears streamed down her cheeks as they finally let themselves succumb to the overwhelming tide of emotion. Every hardship, every sacrifice, every sleepless night spent searching or yearning for the other was encapsulated in this moment of pure, unadulterated joy.

Their lips met in a tender, passionate kiss, sealing their reunion with a promise of unwavering love and devotion. For that moment, they were lost in each other, oblivious to the world around them.

As they finally pulled away, their gazes locked in a silent exchange of shared love and gratitude, the onlookers, witnesses to this heartfelt reunion, could only marvel at the depth of their connection, their own hearts swelling with admiration and happiness at the sight of two souls reunited against all odds.

"I missed you, I love you, there's so much I want to tell you, but first of all, I'm sorry, Raven," Raiden's voice trembled with emotion as he spoke.

Raven's own tears continued to flow unchecked as she replied, "Me too, me too. I'm sorry that I couldn't find you."

Raiden shook his head as he wiped her tears, his expression filled with regret. "No, never apologize for that. It was impossible to begin with. It was all on me! I shouldn't have risked my life back then. I should have thought about you."

Raven reached up to gently cup Raiden's face in her hands, her touch tender and reassuring. "I don't care, Raiden. As long as you're here with me now, I don't care," she whispered, her voice filled with emotion.

In that moment, the weight of their past mistakes seemed to lift, replaced by the overwhelming relief of being together once more. They held each other close, finding solace in the warmth of their embrace as they vowed to cherish every moment they had been given.
