Hyōteki grinned, her eyes glinting with a dangerous edge as she released another arrow straight towards Yon's chest. The arrow flew fast, piercing through Yon's skin, sinking deep, only to melt away just like the ones before.
"How many times do I have to make this clear? Your stupid arrows won't work on me," Yon sneered, crossing her arms confidently, clearly unbothered.
Lowering her bow slightly, Hyōteki didn't seem phased. In fact, her grin only grew wider. "Do you know what my pillar is?" she asked calmly, her voice carrying an air of mischief.
"Why should I care?" Yon scoffed, her confidence unwavering. But something about Hyōteki's tone made her stomach churn ever so slightly.
"Oh, you should care," Hyōteki continued. "You've been melting every one of my arrows inside your body, haven't you? Did you even notice what kind of bow I shot just now? Shouldn't you be concerned?"
