Falling in love with an Alpha ghost

A female broker went for an inspection on a new property at West Ontario Canada. She went into the bathroom ,took a shower and straightened up her curly hair with a relaxer. She took a good look at herself in the mirror and smiled knowing that she was good looking with a cute nose and rosy lips with her dark brown eye and brown skinned complexion. Putting on her coat and her makeup, she sprayed her self with her expensive cologne and called her boss ,informing him that she was was on her way to inspect the property. Her boss had so much confidence in her and admired her to the extent that he fired his former assistant who she complained about. With a smile, he wished her good luck knowing she was going to bring back good news. She put on her dark shades and drove her expensive BMW I8 as a successful young lady. The property was a forty minutes drive. Upon her arrival to the property through the drive way, her jaws were dropping the whole time gazing at a large magnificent mansion with an amazing architecture as she was greeted by some of the most luxurious cars including sports, sedans and SUV s there were two Lamborghini avantador, one Koenigsegg, one rolls roys and one Bentley outside in the front yard of the house excluding the cars parked at the garage.

She parked her car in front of the front door came out and knocked on the door. She knocked twice and was about to knock for the tired time when one of other estate agents for the property opened the door and greeted her with a warm smile he was a little bit old about sixty years of age. He introduced himself saying, "hi I'm Charles" " I'm Kathryn she replied" he welcomed her as she entered the house. She was introduced to two other elderly women who were also agents of the property by Charles who also introduced her to them. She was also astonished as she stared around at the magnificent interior of the estate with white marble floor, white wall painting, magnificent chandelier and a golden stair railing in fact the house had gold in every corner of the house decorated with diamond furniture. Charles gave her the details of the estate telling him it was a thirty thousand interior space, nine bedrooms, twelve bathrooms and a twenty five car garage. At this point Kathryn was in a haste to meet the owner. She asked, "where is the owner" only to her disappointment she was told the owner had traveled and would be back the next week.

Kathryn was giving a proper tour of the house as every room got her fascinated from the cinema to the library and art room where the owner showcased his works of art. Kathryn suggested that she come the next week to meet the owner of the property claiming there are questions she wants to ask. Charles agreed with her as he nodded his head and told her he was going to call the property owner and inform him about it. Kathryn thanked Charles as she got back into her car and drove away calling her boss to inform him about what had happened. Her boss called her by the name saying, "Kathryn I trust you because you have never failed me" as she hanged up the phone. She drove back to her apartment at Wabakimi took of her clothes and changed into her night wear as she picked up her phone to call her boyfriend, Abel who had already arranged a dinner date for them both. She complained of being tired after the property inspection but he insisted so she had no choice. She rubbed her lipstick and put on her sexy attire and hoped back into her car and drove to her boyfriends apartment where he had arranged their dinner date. She called him upon her arrival as he came out and gave her a welcome kiss inviting her inside the apartment they talked and laughed over their childhood memories about how they both had crushes and each other yet pretended to disgust each other and how their teacher would make fun of them. After they drunk some liquor and played a truth or dare game they started with gentle dare such as telling certain secrets about their past before they got to the intense part where they dared each other to practice sexual things. They ended making out till they both fell asleep. Kathryn did not sleep well because she was thinking about closing the deal on the property and how her commission it was instantly going to make her a millionaire. The commission on the house was two million dollars since the house was priced at sixty five million dollars. She woke up in the midnight while her lover boy still slept entered her car and drove back to her apartment. On her way she kept wondering who could own such a mansion, due to the fact that she has been in the business for long she knew each and every property above five thousand square feet and their owner since that was her specialty. On arriving home she took of her dress and changed once again into her nightgown.
