Investigation

Johanna was currently checking all of the details about Martha Foster. They plan to meet up when Eris goes back from the trip. She hoped that they were back fast to know more about Eris. She hoped that she was wrong because she liked Eris so much. Maybe because she was so lonely, but Eris just brightens up the family more.

"Hey, Jo." Keira sat down and showed off her new ring. "This is one of my husband's gifts from most exotic gems."

"That's a sapphire," Johanna said and looked down at Benny who was busy putting clips on her long hair.

"Yes," Keira tilted her head. "What's wrong? Tell me what happened to the investigation."

She sighed as leaned on the sofa. Benny kissed her lips and hugged her.

"I lab~~youuuu… I laaabbb ~~~youuuu."

"I love you more, Benny." Johanna gave her a lot of kisses. Benny started giggling and hugged her. She looked at her sister. "Well, we are investigating her friend. I hope that she's not connected to our main enemy."

"Maybe she's not like them. I mean, look at Danica and Kenneth, they were happily living in Canada away from Lefebure and Charles."

Johanna remembered how their family clashes with Lefebure and Charles. Their main enemy was Charles, but they realized that there was more behind the Charles Empire, the one who betrayed the country of Rossie.

"Well, whatever you find out, I am sure that Gray can handle it. He's an adult and he's smitten with her."

"Yes, whatever. I was the one who set them up without digging too much. But she was clean at first. It seemed like we should do more screening than once." She looked down at his little boy. "So, what do you think of Eris? Is she a baddie?"

"No. No. Eris, no baddie." Benny shook his head.

"If Benny said it." Keira shrugged.

"Mommy!" Calli screamed. "Mommy! Henny!"

Keira quickly stood as she approached her kids. Henry Jr. Was throwing up milk as she gently picked him up so he wouldn't get choked by his vomit. She gently rubbed his back until he let it all go.

"Oh, no!" Calli took out a tissue and wiped it at Henry's mouth. "Henny sick?" The little girl asked.

"No, baby. He's just too full."

Keira wiped off Henry.

Johanna looked down at his boy again.

"Are you sure?" She asked. Benny looked puzzled. "Ok, whatever." She put him down. "Find your sister. I will prepare your snacks."

"Mochi?" He asked.

"Yes, you will have that."

"Yay!" Benny ran off and tripped two to three times on the carpet, but he was still searching for her big sister.

She stood and removed the hair clips, placed them over the coffee table and she took a satin scrunchie. She ties her hair up.

"Anything you want, Keira?"

"Yes. A smoothie for me and Calli will have anything."

"Mochi!" Calli clapped her hands and ran to Johanna and reached her hand.

"Your girl will help me. She's a big girl."

Keira laughed and just let them.

Johanna finished making up the mochi with different flavors and variations with Callisa's help. She set it up on the tray and she prepared the juices and Keira's smoothie. Calli held up a small tray with fruits as she followed Johanna to the playroom. The little girl placed it over the table.

"Kids, snacks!" She called up. In five seconds, the kids were running from wherever they hid. She caught them many times, having a circle of meetings. Calli was on the lookout.

Johanna watched as the kids lined up on the small sink to wash their hands and dried it off through the hand air dryer. They were disciplined well, and they know how to do little things independently. They ran to the table and took their bottles of juices with their names on them.

"Mochi!" Benny clapped his hands and hugged Johanna's leg. "Teekyu mama."

"Anything for my Benny." She patted his head.

"Lady Jo, the investigator is here to see you." The Butler called.

She patted her baby boy.

"Go and eat, mommy have some important meeting." She smiled at her mother.

"Okay!"

Johanna went to the library where the investigators are. They shook her hand as she gestured to the table. They set out documents about the Eagle Empire or known as the Kuznetsov. They have indeed funded Lefebure for years now. They had an alliance seventy years ago before everything happened.

"So, is she connected to this?" Johanna asked.

"We haven't confirmed that, Madam. We also see no connection between Martha to Kuznetsov."

Her frustration was inside her head but she always shows a poker face. She drummed her fingers over the table, thinking. Thinking deep. They need to be more cautious about investigating. Their enemies were casually moving around, looking harmless. But she knew well, in her gut, that they had planned something big. If Eris is involved, then, she has no choice but to kill her if she could. It's to protect the family. She's been protecting this family from the very start that Henry and Karmina, Keira, and Harvey's parents took her in.

His hands were busy rubbing her soft skin under the shirts that she was wearing. Her hands were busy pulling his hair as she responded to his kiss. She started becoming a good kisser. "Baby," he kissed her wrist. "You know that I am smitten with you and I don't want you to do such a thing. We can do a lot of it when we are married."

He moved down as he lifted her shirt and kissed her flat abdomen up to her middle chest. Eris closed her eyes as she felt how good his warm breath was and his soft kisses. The moment that his lips wrapped around her nipples, she lost herself in the passion that he was giving. He muttered something that she didn't catch.
