Falling Gray

Falling Gray is a sequel to The Billionaire's Kept Woman. After winning the war, their lives continue. Gray was going through blind dates to find a suitable woman to marry. With his ability to foresee the future, there are limitations and he's not able to see whom he's going to marry and to be with until he grows old. But does love at first sight exist? Or was it only physical attraction? He was asking himself as he got attracted to a visually impaired woman named Eris. He thought that she was the one, but she had dark secrets on her own despite of being blind. Eris could foresee the future, get into people's minds, and as they said she can manipulate people. It's the ability that Eris hasn't worked on. Her main goal in approaching Gray was to save someone dear to her. Her choices are limited. She tried hard to hate the Rossie Family, but the children of the family became attached to her as she gave it all out and started falling in love. She's afraid that Gray and the entire family would push her away. She doesn't want to sacrifice her love.

Careless

Karmina heard that Eris was sleeping all day and not eating a single food. It's maybe because she missed Gray, but upon going there, she looked pale and she got a fever. Not too high but enough to alarm them. She quickly called a doctor as Eris was mumbling Gray's name. Karmina thought that she missed him and was worried about him so, she stayed with Eris as she attended to her, by wiping her up with a damp towel to lower her temperature.

The doctors came and checked on her. They said that it was a simple fever but if her temperature goes up, they have to put dextrose on her. She woke Eris up and made her drink warm water. Eris sipped through the straw and mumbled a sorry apology toward Karmina.

"No, darling. It's alright." She caressed her hair as she saw her daughter Keira toward her. She already missed her daughters and son. "Why are you suddenly having a fever?" She asked. "Was it the air or the season?"
