Mr Saemus paced in the cabin, murmuring, "Three cases and still no clues."
"Without someone to justify it, we won't be able to reach that conclusion," Elric remarked.
Mr Saemus nodded at him and replied, "There's no way you can get the information."
"What is the conclusion?" Evelyn had been perplexed since the beginning of the conversation. It was clearly evident that they were both talking about something she didn't know about.
Elric sighed and replied, "Tonight in the Manor, I will let you know."
She nodded at him in understanding, knowing council wasn't the right place to discuss something which was kept so secret that they hesitate to talk about it in a hushed manner as well. She wondered what they had concluded.
"Are there any cases that we're missing?" Elric inquired.
"Why would you say that?" With wrinkled brows, Mr Saemus inquired.
"With the exception of one month," he responded, "a murder occurred every month."
