Part Eight: Embarrassed Secretary Lee.

" So, What mom?" Jin looked at her in confusion that why she was suddenly saying that to him.

"What,mom?! Aren't you suprised that i gave that card which you told me to give to someone who i think is worthy of, to a stranger?" Madam Kim was dumbfounded by her son's lack of reaction.

"Mom" Jin then suddenly grabs her hands " I already told you that the whole company is yours to begin with. I am just someone who is taking care of it in your stead."

He continues " So, You can hire anyone whenever you can. I trust you and your decision."

Madam Kim feels her heart filling with warmth and gentleness. She flash a smile as she pats his head " Since you trust me, I won't be such a careless person to give such privilege to just anyone."

"But She is someone very special. And i told her that it wasn't free access and she will be interviewed in case you and the employees think that she took advantage of me."

Jin looks at her with gentle eyes " If it's your choice, then, i will go easy on her." Then, he continues to eat.

Madam Kim calls him out again. Jin looks up at her without getting impatient or annoyed at all.

It was hard to believe that this was the same cold CEO of Kim Enterprises, who gets impatient and irritated if he has to repeat even a single word again to others.

But of course, Mother is Mother and Other is Other.

"Are you not curious, Why i gave a stranger girl whom i just met today, such a golden chance?" Madam kim asks in curious tone.

" Mom, If you want to tell me, You can tell me. If you don't, I will never force you." Jin responds in a gentle voice.

"Jin-ah, I know you love and care about me very much. But I can't stay by your side forever." Jin wanted to stop Madam Kim but she shakes her head and continues.

" I want a girl to come by your side whom you will give the same amount of love or even more than you are showing to me. I want to be grandmother, no, great grandmother."

"But i will never force you to marry someone. It will be of your choice. I just have one condition that she should love you all from her heart."

After hearing those words, Jin's face turns pensive. He finds no any words to respond to her.

He just stare at her and after a while, he slightly nod his head in agreement. Then, they finish their dinner and go in their respective rooms.

After changing into his black pyjamas, Jin sits in the chair, looking at the ceiling, deep in his thought.

After a long while, he takes out his phone and dials a series of numbers.

After three rings, The call gets connected..

"Hello? Who are you?" An extremely tired and sleepy voice could be heard from the other side.

"It's me." Jin shortly answer with cold voice as usual.

It totally feels like he has a twin brother, one who was talking and eating with Madam kim gently as breeze and now the other, talking with any other people cold as himalayas.

"Me?.. Hello 'me'. How can i help you,Mr. Me?" The other party responded as he yawned.

*No response*

"Hello?...Hello?" When the other party couldn't get any response, he lookels at his phone to see the caller ID.

Everything was blurry. He couldn't see anything, so he grabs his thick glasses to see once again, to get the jump scare he never had before.

"BOSS"

"Secretary Lee!" Jin calls him out in a deep yet cold voice. Secretary Lee felt like throwing the phone out or throwing himself out of the window. He could sense his Boss slowly getting impatient.

" He-Hello..Bo-Boss.." Secretary Lee cried in a trembling voice as sweat soaked his forehead and back. His heart was going to explode any moment.

"I am sorry, Boss. I , actually, didn't mean to say that..I mean-" Secretary Lee was cut off in midway to his apologies.

"Shut up, Collect the detailed information about that Bae Y/N. I want it in my email in half an hour."

Then, he hungs up making the

sweating Secretary Lee confused, dumbfounded and relieved at the same time.

He hurriedly begins to work on the matter his boss told him which was to do background check on the girl named " Bae Y/N."

After 15 minutes;

*Beep*

The sound of notification pops up in the quiet room. Jin opens his laptop and clicks at the email sent by Secretary Lee.

As soon as he opens it, he sees a picture of a beautiful young girl wearing a simple light blue silk gown.

Her black hair was nicely done in a updo messy bun as few strands of her hair fell in the front.

She had very natural makeup on and was smiling very brightly showing her cute little dimples on each side of her cheeks.

She was stunningly looking beautiful. Jin was also unknowingly gazing at her photo for quite while as "Beautiful" word grazed his mind.

As soon as he realizes what he was thinking, he throws the word far back to his mind instantly before surfing to her data history.
