"We need to do something to end Michelle and Bella" Becky said and Katrina agreed with her.

"Okay, this is your last chance, you will go to that hospital where she is admitted and kill her there" Lily's dad said.

"Okay sir" Brian said and left there immediately.

Michelle and the others heard about Bella's collapse and they went to check her in the hospital.

They were allowed in after they inform the doctor.

They stayed with her for a while and they left there.

Later in the night, Noah went home to prepare food for Bella in case she wake up.

He finish making the food after some hours and he packed it then took it to his car and drove to the hospital.

Brian entered into the hospital and he introduced himself as Bella's brother and they allowed him into her ward.

He got in and find her sleeping and he became happy that this is an opportunity for him.

Lily woke up in the clinic with some plasters in her body.

She made to stand up but she felt some pain and she sleep back.

Her friends later help her up and she was discharged and taken home.

"I promise I won't spare her this time around" Lily said with gritted teeth.

"Just relax, get well first then we will know how to get back at her" Becky said to her.

"I think I have a plan to bring them down"

"Really?" Both Lily and Becky said at the same time.

"Tell us about it" Becky said and Katrina whispered into their ears.

"Wow, this is a great plan" they both said.

Back at the hospital, Brian move towards Bella then he bought out a knife.

"I will make sure you die this time around" he said and raise the knife up to stab her then Bella suddenly wake up and she shouted.

"Noah" she shouted.
