The Moon's Allure

(Jason's POV)

"Okay..." I nodded as Hades stood in front of me, "With that, you better leave me the fuck alone now." 

Hades nodded, "I will." 

I gave him a serious glare, "Don't get it twisted, Hades, I don't fucking trust anything that comes out of your mouth." I told him, "I know you're planning something and so is that fucker Silver. If by any chance I get attacked by any of your goons, I won't show you mercy." 

Hades nodded again, "I don't doubt it." 

"Let me rephrase that." I said, "If any of your goons attack me, I'll fucking kill you and your people, including Tessa and whoever the last of your Kin is."

"I understand." He said, "But tell me one thing." 

"What?" I said

"What did you mean by Mavis?" He asked

I gave him a smirk, "Oh, that?" I said, "I think you should figure that one out yourself, buddy." 

I then turned around and began to walk away, 

"After all, you're the one that 'Saved' her first."

It's been a couple of days since my fight with Hades. It was odd and frustrating that the fucker pulled back at the last minute. 

I was more than willing to put an end to him. I also kinda wanted to test my War Magic a bit more on them. But Hades was able to undo my Battlefield spell. Shouldn't be surprised, he is probably one of the handful of mages who is extremely versatile in magic. 

I knew he hadn't gone all out against me. But even if he did, I was more than capable of defeating him and killing him. 

"Oh well." I said

I was standing next to a river, it was night time. I still don't get what is it with rivers and I, I feel more at peace when I'm near them. 

"What the hell are you playing at, Silver?" I said aloud

Hades told me that Silver had gone to Guiltina, in search of the Dragon Gods. I'm assuming that his goal is to recruit at least one of them. But why? Why would any of them even help him? He had the Calamitous Edge, a halberd powerful enough to allegedly cut through reality, why does he want the help of dragons?

If I recall, those guys aren't actual gods. They're so strong that the people of Guiltina claimed them as Gods due to their destructive power. I mean, if they somehow evolved to divine-level Dragons, I wouldn't mind, but as far as I know, they're not Gods like Ankhseram and any other God that exist in this world.

I looked at the river, seeing the reflection of the night-sky on the waters. 

"Your goal is to kill Zeref, isn't it?" I said aloud, "Why would you want to enlist a Dragon God?" 

Was it because of Acnologia? It could be. Maybe Silver is aware that to get to Zeref, he'll have to get through The Dragon King and he doesn't want to waste the Calamitous Edge on that one. 

"Acnologia, huh?" I said, "Maybe that's it." 

I then felt an odd presence. 

"Acnologia?" I heard a feminine voice as I felt an immense magic power, "That's a name you shouldn't utter in these parts." 

I turned around to see a woman who was emitting an immense amount of magic power, it was so obscene, that it made Irene's look like nothing. 

"Whoa..." I said as I felt sweat run down my temple, "What the hell is this?" 

The woman was blonde, beautiful, had a really buxom body, and was wearing a real loose kimono. 

She gave me a wicked smile, "I should be fine, stepping in Ishgar soil." She said with a seductive voice, "After all, your presence disguises mine. It's quite convenient, I should say." 

I recognized her, she was Selene, The Moon Dragon Goddess. 

"You." I said as I narrowed my eyes, "What are you doing here?" 

Selene eyed me up and down, "Hm..." She said as she covered her mouth with her hand, "I see...I understand....." 

I raised an eyebrow, "Huh?" 

"I will not be surprised if Acnologia himself has taken notice of you." She said, "Hell, if the other ones also notice you, I wouldn't be surprised either. Your growth in power is quite significant." 

I looked at her, "What're you talking about?" 

"The Man Blessed By The Gods." Selene said, "I was interested to see what you're about." 

Wait, what did she call me? Blessed by the gods? That's exactly what Irene called me when we had sex. She kept repeating that, I just thought she was trying to flatter me. 

"What does that mean?" I asked

Selene chuckled, "I ought to test you first." She said, "If you can return to Earthland, I will grant you any wish." 

"What are you-" I started

I was cut off by a sudden bright light that engulfed me. 

"Fufu~" Selene said as I began to feel the space around me distort, "Jason, the god of debauchery, I hope you can return and show me what you're capable of." 

I then felt as I was sucked in through one of Selene's portals, my entire body falling victim to her magic. 

"Shiiiiit!!!" I yelled

"I await your return, Jason." Selene said, 

"When you do, I'll gladly fuck you~"
