Shen Yue was somewhat surprised to find that the woman he had met on the beach was also heading to Bangkok. He saw her looking in his direction but didn't purposely avoid her gaze, instead offering a polite nod of his head.

The woman remained indifferent as before. Her gaze lingered on Shen Yue for a second or two before glancing at Jin Xin and then looking away. She placed her suitcase in the overhead bin, sat down, and pulled down the sunglasses she had perched on top of her head before pulling out a newspaper to read.

Shen Yue, looking at her body language, understood that the woman was not open to conversation and decided against striking one.

"What a coincidence," muttered Jin Xin unintelligibly.

Shen Yue frowned slightly, lowering his voice to ask, "What do you mean, what's a coincidence?"

"You know?" Jin Xin responded.

Shen Yue sighed, realizing Jin Xin was rambling. He yawned and waved down a flight attendant, asking, "Do you have something to eat?"
