Extreme Tycoon System

Money is not the problem, the problem is whether you can spend it. Han Li is faced with the ever-challenging task of spending billions within a set time frame. The Extreme Tycoon System is great, but can someone tell me how to spend 1 billion within a week? Oh, it's pure consumption, no investing, charity, or anything like that.

Etreme Tycoon System

"They really kicked me out just like that, huh?"

Tears threatened to pour from Han Li's eyes but he held them back forcefully.

"Han Li, be a man. A man does not cry… bullshit, why are my eyes so sweaty today?"

The suffocating feeling in Han Li's chest did not go away no matter what he did. It could not be helped.

He had spent most of his time working his ass off and what did he get in the end.

That childish promise that he had held onto, the effort that he had put in just to secure a decent enough future for both of them, what had become of it?

"Well, I am the childish one. Who remembers a promise from when they were five? Just… wuwuwu."

Han Li could no longer control himself as tears, no sweat started flowing down his cheeks.

"But I have to say that Mengmeng looked incredibly beautiful in that gown. Ah, that bastard does not deserve her. Just seeing him standing beside her makes me angry."

What was even more miserable was that Han Li knew that she was happy. That was what made him miserable.

This guy was clearly a cheating bastard and everybody could see it, why couldn't Mengmeng see it?

"Or maybe this is the difference? Even with a bastard like him to compare, I come nowhere close."

This was reality as it were.

Han Li knew his situation. Even with all the effort that he put in, it was impossible to catch up to second-generation young masters like Peng Gang in this lifetime.

But Han Li never thought of catching up to anybody. Given his background, it was already enough if he could work hard to raise a family in Shangwei. But the woman he was hoping to have said family, was in another man's arms and looked happy there.

"Blaargh, I think am gonna vomit."

Han Li walked to an alley as he decided to rest a bit.

Today had been a rollercoaster for him and he was already overwhelmed.

Seeing Mengmeng in Peng Gang's arms was a shock and he decided to dowse it with booze, but it was not enough. the more he drank, the more miserable he felt until he could no longer hold it anymore. That was when he decided to confront them.

But it seemed like everyone there was in on it and he ended up being thrown to the streets without even getting a decent word in.

"What an amazing class reunion!? Everybody there was playing wingman. *Blaargh* I think I am gonna get sick."

*Rumble*

"Well, shit. Just start raining out of nowhere why don't you? You might as well strike me too to drive the point home."

*Crack*

"Holly Sheet! Did I really get hit?"

*Sigh*

'Even the heavens are bullying me.'

That was the last of Han Li's thoughts as he passed out cold in the middle of nowhere.

*Ding*

"Hey, man, are you alright? You are gonna get sick in those wet clothes."

Han Li woke up to the calling of a young man. He looked at the cleaner and could not help but look at his surroundings once more.

"Argh, I feel sore all over. Thanks, man."

Han Li held onto the wall he was resting on as he stood with difficulty.

*Ding*

"What kind of hangover is this? I feel like shit."

"Yeah, that happens when you take whatever you took to not feel the rain & cold throughout the night. It must have been pretty hardcore."

"What are you talking about? You look like you're still in school kid. You should concentrate on studying and secure a better future."

"Like you did old man? You look more miserable than when I go all week long without food."

"…" Han Lu was left speechless. Then again, that made quite a bit of sense.

"You just might be right. You do you I guess. Shit am late, I still need to get to work."

Han Li dragged his rigid body as he made his way out of the shady alley, leaving a bewildered young man behind.

*Ding*

"A lightning strike, huh? At least I am still alive, pretty lucky. I wonder if my boss will believe me if I tell him that I was late because I got struck by lightning."

*Ring, ring*

Han Li's phone rang as he picked it up and read the email he just received.

"And… there goes my job. My girl, my job, bills, shit the only thing left now is my life. Maybe I should invite truck-kun and donate it. *Sigh*"

*Ding*

"Argh, what is that dinging? It's quite annoying."

Han Li looked at the golden screen in front of him and was dazed for a while.

"Those numbers must be wrong. If I had so much money, I wouldn't be in this situation in the first place."

"…"

Han Li stopped in his tracks as he understood the meaning behind the message.

"Extreme Physique? Wait, now that I look at it, my pants seem kind of short."

Han Li started groping himself in the middle of the street not caring for the strange gazes.

Feeling the changes in his body, he could not help but feel amazed. The abs, the strong arms that had grown thicker… he could feel that he had been strengthened from the core but his body did not change much. At least he was not as jacked as he had imagined.

"Let's get out of the streets first."

Han Li abandoned the idea of going back home. It was too far. Since he had money, what better way than to start by booking a room in these 5-star hotels that he could only admire previously?

Those towering buildings that made him aware of his empty wallet were now things that he should and could walk into with confidence. But it was honestly intimidating when he reached the Grand Shangwei Hotel.

His drenched outfit was one thing, but it was just suffocating. Han Li almost thought that he would have a panic attack just by staring at the door.

Just watching cars coming and going was enough to make his steps hesitant. The freaking valet was dressed better than him.

"Let's hope I don't meet one of those cringe-face-slapping scenes. I don't think my balls are big enough to stand there and watch an idiot rant only to reverse the situation after half the city has gathered."

Han Li whispered to himself, escapism at its finest, as he made his way into the reception, trying hard to pretend that the security guard who had subtly moved close to the receptionist was not there to deal with him were he to cause any trouble.

"Hello Sir, Welcome to the Grand Shangwei Hotel. How may I help you today?"

Well, at least the receptionist was beautiful enough.

"A room please. The best you've got."

His clothes were still humid and uncomfortable. He wished that he could get a quick shower, or a bath now that he could afford it.

"Do you have a reservation, sir?"

"No, not really."

"Sir, the rooms…"

"Presidential. For a month."

"Please wait a moment as I call my supervisor."

Money really made the world move around.

A big hotel like this would usually be fully booked for the next six months. It was just too close to the Bund and its view of the river was just insane.

A room could go for as high as 15,000 yuan per night depending on the season. For Han Li to ask for a presidential suite for a whole month was insane. You could rent a fully serviced luxury apartment in the heart of Shangwei for a year with that amount.

Han Li did not have to wait for long before a more mature lady came over. What a sight for sore eyes.
