Day 150- 200 Announcement & Depature

Gather were the people of Dark & Light of the businesses in the Jiangbei Region. The formal announcement along with a few other changes in the business field and medical field coming forward.

At a spot, Xu Rongfei, Zhang Yumeng, and Yang Chao sat at a table. Yumeng had begged her ex-boyfriend to get them inside. Xu Rongfei's father could get her in but she was trying to keep with her friends lately.

"Ranran!" Zhang Yumeng called out to her friend when she saw her. They were still on the rocks but she was hoping to change that. Seeing the white Chinese uniform of the Ansatsuken had the teen taken back some. 'Eh, she was serious back then!'

"Why are you yelling?" Churan walked over with an even tone. Giving small greetings to those at the table. "Surprise you are not with Ziqing." Yang Chao gave a small smile to her.

"Just excited to see you is all." Yumeng was a little embarrassed. Having to get her ex-boyfriend to get her inside was embarrassing. Let alone the reminder that he was dating someone better than her now. "I saw Wei Ziping and Li Yichen here earlier, you may want to be careful."

"Neither of them is a match for me." Churan didn't worry about them. But she kept guard all the same. Say one thing but do another, that was one of the few lessons she learned from Sini Dova. "Wei Ziping is just a degenerate ruining his family. With him hanging out with Li Yichen, even more, a reason to watch out for that bastard."

"You are not worried about the top boys in Jiangbei anymore? You have changed a lot Ranran." Xu Rongfei stated. She herself had not moved a single step forward really. 'Haa, I have my career to think about. It will get better.'

"I am focused on myself now. Personal growth and figuring things out." Ranran gave her a smile. "Wouldn't hurt for you to do the same. I am sure you realize the situation in the city is changing rapidly."

"True but I rather have fun." Yumeng was not a complete idiot. She had good grades and was very sociable, but she was also very spoiled. "How about we hang out like old times this weekend?"

"Pass, going on a trip with my mom." Churan didn't even think it over before declining. Looking at her watch, she excused herself. "Stay in good health, everyone."

Rexford was walking in with Wei Lan. The two talked about the traveling business getting underway. A total of 20 protected helicopters and 5 buses covered in arrays were ready. The frigates were still in the repair stages and cost too much to rush the repairs.

The most eye-catching was the closeness of the two. It was already around that Rexford was the only Scion of the Mingyun Family increasing his family with a lot of spouses. A few magnates of the city tried to dig into his background not coming up with much besides he had ties to the military.

A few knew that he used to be someone named Chen Fan. But they were starting to fall under the effects of a spell run by Sini Dova to make them forget a little. It wouldn't have a strong effect on those who knew him for a long time. Such as those who grew up with him.

The moment the two were inside, some people were determined to cause trouble for themselves.

"Are you the so-called Mingyun Rexford?" A wild angsty teen called out. Looking at his cousin Wei Lan, he only sneered at her in contempt. Remembering the beating she gave him before was not forgotten. 'I need to get some payback!'

The two kept walking not paying any attention to the two losers.

"I'm talking to you!" Wei Ziping raised his voice. A few of those in attendance looking over now. Waiting to see the show unfold. "Don't you walk away from me! I am from the Wei Main Family!"

"How good for you." Rexford muttered over his shoulder.

"Humph, go ahead and leave with your sluts." The insult was not the smartest thing to do. Wei Ziping would make many more tonight.

*Woosh!* The entire hall received a dark wave of energy from Rexford. The Violent Qi brushed against the cheeks of everyone present.

"What did you just call her.. boy?" Rexford's cultivation of a Transcendent leaked out. The floor underneath peels with each step towards Ziping. "I swear, you lied on her in my presence just now. But I must be hearing things."

"I.. I.." Ziping wanted to back away but his legs would not let him. The haunting golden eyes of Rexford cut into him deep. Yi Lichen was no help as he actually fainted with his eyes open. "..you get..."

"Say those words about my people again.." Rexford picked him up by the throat. His grip was tight and burning the flesh. A single clutch and he would kill the waste of flesh. "..I will kill you. Despite the friendship with your father." He tossed the teen out of the room through the doors.

*Bam!* Wei Ziping hit the wall hard. Despite the little effort used to fling him out. A permanently burned handprint around his neck looked more devastating.

"As for you.." Rexford stared at Li Yichen who came to surprised. ".. Churan is to.. nice, I guess to not put you in the ground. But me on the other hand.." Leaning forward he whispered in Li Yichen's ear. "..I will castrate you and make you into a pretty female in the cheapest, filthiest, most hardcore whorehouse until you die if you cause her another problem ever again."

Stepping away, Rexford entwined himself with Wei Lan and continued on his way. Spotting Churan who came over and joined them happily. The group talked a little while moving.

Seeing the two with Rexford, Rongfei, and Yumeng felt terrible. It turned worse when Yang Chao excused himself to go meet with some people. They were alone by themselves at the table for the moment.

Wei Changfeng (Wei 3rd) stepped out with a microphone taking control of the festivities. A few wondered about his new figure. The man carried it well and it definitely increased his charisma.

"Alright everyone," Changfeng's voice traveled to everyone's ears smoothly. The microphone was just for show really. It was not even on. "all you big shots and your.. entourages have waited long enough. Let's welcome Master Mingyun of the Ansatsuken to make the announcement."

Those not in the know watched Rexford go up. One by one, different people stood up giving their respects. From local politicians with influence to military personnel with dangerous connections.

Li Yichen, Wei Ziping, Xu Rongfei, and Zhang Yumeng couldn't believe it. Despite seeing a few instances that led the assumption to be Rexford, the females did not think it was true at all.

'No wonder Father pressed me to get close with him, but I am afraid it is too late.' Rongfei balled her fists up in frustration. She could at least still see him at the studio every now and then.

'Ohh!' Zhang Yumeng looked at Churan heatedly at another table. 'She said he was just someone from the countryside! That cannot be true! Beating the top student in Taekwondo, turning Yang Chao & Ji Xingyu into influential people, even Chang Wen is his woman!'

She didn't think about what happened to Si Yingxia lately in the least. Her various classmates who started to show an increase in grades and health. Those who joined the Ansatsuken were further entwined to Rexford and his Black Gold Vortex powers.

This was done naturally by just speaking with them and being a teacher and friend. The Gold and Black qi developing in them would most likely never be removed.

Seeing so many greet Rexford, Li Yichen felt sick to his stomach. His father will skin him alive after finding out what happened in the past. Even more so with how close Churan was to Rexford now.

"I have to be seeing things!" Wei Ziping refused to leave the place. Taking the last of the Spirit Enhancing Pills he received from the Elders allowed him to recover enough. "You have to have been wrong about his information!"

"That bitch said he was from the countryside!" Cursing Churan did not go well for Li Yichen at all. A pressure forced his face through the table breaking some bones. "Ugh!" The words heard by most cultivators in the room.

Rexford used Gravity to punish the fool while not even looking at him.

"Three Medical & Research Hospitals, the Entertainment Industry, and the Foreign Market. My Company, Vortex Industries does not seek to dominate these fields but to grow in them. While putting money into the Regions to promote the Country."

Rexford waited to let it sink in. When speaking about the health of a country people tended to listen. Especially one with a strong doctrine like this one.

"The future is dangerous, I mean to prepare for it now. Those who are interested in growing, speak with my people." He gestured to Sini Dova, Yanyan Hu, Airi, Rina, the Wei 3rd Generation, those in the Chuzhou Martial Community, the Gang Island representatives, the Zhongzhou Medical people, Natasha & Suzaku for the Foreign market. "Obviously people want to have more than others, but I don't mind this. Just saying stay out of my way and we can all get along. There is more than enough wealth to go around."

After saying his piece, Rexford stepped down and spent the next hour talking over the business with everyone. Feeling right at home in doing so.

Rexford was relaxing with Wei Lan and Churan. Zhuo Tianho, Wei Changfeng, Lu Yanwhu, Sini Dova, and Xu Ao report on a few small affairs.

Wei Ziping and Li Yichen were standing in fear after getting called up.

"I told you not to cause problems for Master Mingyun and your cousins, why did you not listen?" Wei Changfeng's voice contained a dark edge to it. He did discipline the boy a few weeks ago, but some habits died hard it seemed. "Not only did you embarrass yourself, but the family as well."

"Tch!" Wei Ziping was still disgruntled enough to be disrespectful.

"I honestly cannot believe he is your son." Rexford stated. "You are intelligent and cunning. But this boy is neither of those. As long as he apologizes wholeheartedly and swears on his soul to stay out of the other's way, he can go with no incident."

"What are you waiting for brat!?"

"I.." Wei Ziping hesitated a moment before speaking up. He didn't think anything of it really. "I wholeheartedly swear on my soul to stay out of the other's way." The moment the words were spoken, the floor lit up from the Formation in place. "!"

*Shine!* The Black Qi became visible to the eye as it tattooed a pattern on his body. Wei Ziping looked on in horror as it moved under his skin. In a few seconds, it was all gone with a cold sensation settling inside the heir of the Wei family.

"What did you do to me!?"

"You did this to yourself." Rexford gestured for Wei Changfeng to take him away. It was his son after all. "Let this be an example of how much I care for the Wei Family."

Some took it as a threat but others understood the boy was only spared out of the friendship with Wei 3rd.

"Who is going with you to visit?" Sini Dova asked. She wanted to go at first but decided against it in the end. To much work to do. "I know Wei Lan is going with to make sure Chitang does not cause too much trouble."

Taking one of the buses fixed up, Rexford was snoozing away a little. Chitang was excited to go as well as Wei Lan. Despite Rexford saying they were not his family really, the two didn't see it that way.

Wei Rao was going to speak with his girlfriend.

Ji Xingyun and Tiva going to enjoy the sites. And just in case trouble popped up that needed a softer approach.

"Here's the list." Rexford passed over those he may recruit in the area and the little business conducted the next few days. "If I find out you are not taking a break as needed, I will not be happy. I am serious."

"I.. understand." Sini Dova frets as he pulls her into a kiss. Their tongues danced as his grip grew tighter. She moaned into his mouth pulling him back tighter in response. "Ah...I will. Yanyan Hu said you would punish us if we didn't. Who knew you cared so much about our mental health."

"It became a big thing before I left." Rexford grabbed his stuff and left. Leaving a happy Sini Dova who continued to be on cloud nine. "Chitang you better have gone to the bathroom beforehand."

Chitang shot off to go to the bathroom. He did drink a lot of juice this morning.

A'Xiu and Chang Wen pass by. They were bringing some papers to Sini Dova.
