Mu Wanqiu was quite expectant, and wanted to see how Jiang He would display his 'beast-taming' abilities. After all, it was one of the special superpowers that was rarely awakened, and Jiang He had yet to observe from short distances how a beast-tamer pacified Ferals.

The greater the hope, the greater the disappointment.
