They introduced themselves as "AUKIN brothers". They told to him that this is a parallel universe where death people appears. At first, John can't understand anything so he remain silent, then he came to realized that he himself was dead. Aukin brothers was an spirit Infotech specialist, they gather the information of death people. John was really mad and asked the brothers about his death. They simply said to him that his brain was died due to over exhaustion. Every spirit was send to a specific room after their arrival, that room is known as "portal room". Where they can see their own death and others.
