My Shine

Demyan

The hustle and bustle of behind the scenes before a fashion show was nerve wracking but all so exciting. There were faces I had not seen in years and it felt good to reconnect with people I used to work with. A huge buzz was in the room that I was back and even though I did not have the biggest ego, it most definitely felt inflated as I went on.

"Alright Demyan we need you in the dressing room in fifteen minutes. You're the opening so we need to make sure your outfit is perfect," the designer gently squeezed my shoulders as they beamed before they went floating off like an excited butterfly before I could even answer him.

Once my hair and make up was done, I headed for the dressing station. "Demyan Chernyshevsky-Coleman," the outfit manager frowned as she looked through the rack of clothing for the opening look then checked her list again, "It seems your outfit has been taken out."
