Cultivation Realms And Corresponding Lifespan(Spoilers)

Mortal Realms -

Acupoint Opening Stage

First to Twelfth Level

Lifespan - 150~200 Years

At the Acupoint Opening Stage, one is considered as someone who hasn't even stepped onto the Path to Immortality. With the opening of each Acupoint, one's power increases exponentially and they start transcending mortal limits. After the opening of the first Acupoint by physical training with the help of a Cultivation Technique, one can start to absorb Spirit Qi into that Acupoint and turn it into Spiritual Energy which can be used to enhance their body parts. After all the Acupoints have been opened, the Spiritual Energy flows freely inside of one's body and can be utilized to enhance the entire body at once. After the Twelfth Level of Acupoint Opening Stage is the true beginning of Immortal Cultivation.

1. Qi Condensation Realm

First to Ninth Stage

(Approx) Lifespan - 400 Years

One can now condense Spiritual Energy, but not materialize it. They can use Divine Sense but its quite weak as they do not have a Sea of Consciousness. Their Spiritual Energy is stored inside of their bodies and they can mobilize it to use various techniques and low level spells. They can also not fly yet as their Spiritual Energy is pretty limited. A Qi Condensation Realm cultivator has superhuman stats like running for tens of miles without stopping even once or lifting tons of weight with ease, far surpassing those of the Acupoint Opening Stage.

2. Foundation Establishment Realm

First to Ninth Stage

(Approx) Lifespan - 800 Years

At this realm, one can start to materialize Spiritual Energy. They now also have a Sea of Consciousness in their soul space with their Spiritual Energy stored inside of it, and they can utilize Divine Sense more freely. They can also fly, but their Spiritual Energy is still limited so they can't do much. Most Foundation Establishment Realm cultivators use Flying Swords to not waste their Spiritual Energy. This realm is what sets Immortal Cultivators apart from mortals, as it's not just about physical development but mental and spiritual enlightenment as well. Foundation Establishment Realm cultivators are seen as deities from the eyes of mortals.

3. Acquired Realm

First to Ninth Stage

(Approx) Lifespan - 1,500 Years

At Acquired Realm, one can start to fly freely as their Spiritual Energy increases exponentially, but many people still prefer using Flying Swords to preserve their Spiritual Energy. Living beings at this realm can materialize Spiritual Energy into many kinds of techniques and arts, and even materialize an avatar of theirs that can be as big as they want depending on their Spiritual Energy and enlightenment. It's a very crucial Realm, and people at this realm can be called powerhouses among third-rate forces. (Think of the whole avatar thingy as Susanoo from Naruto Series. Idk how to explain it well.)

4. Innate Realm

First to Ninth Stage

(Approx) Lifespan - 3,000 Years

Even though this realm is called the Innate Realm, it doesn't have anything to do with Innate Talents. Don't misunderstand. This Realm is considered a bottleneck that many can't breakthrough, as they start to form a Golden Core covering their soul in their Sea of Consciousness and realize their true self. Innate Realm cultivators are deity personification in a sense, as they can cause the weather in a certain range to change according to their whims and manipulate the forces of nature. They understand about the worldly rules and powers of nature more deeply, and a single phrase from them can cause a Qi Condensation Realm cultivator to get enlightened.

5. Golden Core Realm

First to Ninth Stage

(Approx) Lifespan - 6,000 Years

A Golden Core Realm expert can travel hundreds of miles in the blink of an eye and shatter mountains hundreds of feet tall with sheer pressure. The Golden Core has been formed, with their souls inside of it and rests floating in their Sea of Consciousness, granting them immense power. The Golden Core not only stores the same amount of Spiritual Energy as there is in the Sea of Consciousness as a backup after one's Spiritual Energy is drained, but also have rejuvenation abilities and can even help regrow severed limbs and other body parts. In case of a Demon Beast, it forms consciousness after reaching this realm. This Realm is when one starts to nourish the Golden Core and their soul in it with their Spiritual Energy and deeply understand the laws of the world. This is a foundational realm for achieving future realms and smooth cultivation.

6. Void Refinement Realm

First to Ninth Stage

(Approx) Lifespan - 15,000 Years

At this realm, one starts to refine the void itself. In other words, one can travel through void or teleport in this realm to thousands of miles. They can distort the void and even fabrics of space to a certain extent. This is also the Realm where one's understanding of spacetime and Dao deepens. They have great understanding of their own powers. At this point, their Golden Core starts to be refined and shed its shell to give birth to their Nascent Soul, which has been transformed from their soul. They try to understand their true selves, which will be reflected by their Nascent Soul.

7. Nascent Soul Realm

First to Ninth Stage

(Approx) Lifespan - 30,000 Years

This realm is considered to be a pinnacle kind of realm, where one has formed their Nascent Soul and realized their true self. At this realm, even if the body is destroyed, the Nascent Soul will be conscious and can escape. They can posses other bodies who's soul has just left, or they can also reincarnate, but the chances that their memories will be intact are pretty thin. To destroy the Nascent Soul of a Nascent Soul Realm Cultivator, one has to have the strength that completely surpasses the Nascent Soul Realm. Nascent Soul Realm cultivators not only understand the profound properties of the world but also their own selves. They start comprehending the cosmic laws and heavenly rules as they draw closer and closer upon the Immortal Domain.

8. Tribulation Transcendence Realm

First to Ninth Stage

(Approx) Lifespan - 100,000 Years

This realm is the pinnacle one can reach in all the small planes like Earth below the Lower Realm also called the Myriad Worlds. One can directly ascend to the Upper Realm after reaching this realm. Starting from the Tribulation Transcendence Realm is the process of extreme sublimation in all aspects. Body, Nascent Soul, Mind, Spiritual Energy and everything else starts to sublimate at this realm by enduring Lightning Tribulation. One has thereby touched upon the Immortal Domain and godhood by reaching this realm, and their wisdom is priceless. A Tribulation Transcendence Realm cultivator holds great power in not just the Myriad Worlds but also the Lower Realm, capable of annihilating armies of even a few minor realms below. They are the semi-main forces of the major factions in the Lower Realm. The chances of being able to cultivate upto this realm are only 1 in millions, which proves the difficulty and harshness of the path to immortality.

NOTE: Starting from the Immortal Ascension Realm, every major Realm will have 5 minor realms/stages instead of 9. From the lowest to highest, they are -

The Early Stage, Mid Stage, Late Stage, Peak Stage and Perfection Stage. (Perfection Stage can also be called Grand Perfection, Great Perfection, Grand Completion, Perfected, Completed and Perfect.)

9. Immortal Ascension Realm

Early to Perfection Stage

(Approx) Lifespan - 500,000 Years

Starting from this realm, one has to endure Lightning Tribulations if they want to advance to a Major Realm and undergo the sublimation to become an Immortal. To the outside world, this realm is the pinnacle before the Immortal Domain and the strongest in the Lower Realm. The chances of being able to cultivate to this realm are only 1 in billions. Immortal Ascension Realm cultivators are the main forces of all the top factions in the Lower Realm who handle almost all important affairs.

10. Half Immortal/Human Immortal Realm

Early to Perfection Stage

(Approx) Lifespan - 1,000,000 Years

The final Realm of the Mortal Cultivation Realms. The true pinnacle below the Upper Realm, half a step into the Immortal Domain. All the supreme experts of the major factions are in this realm, who seldom make appearances in the world. The wisdom is unparalleled, a single word of their can cause bloodshed in the world. In this realm, the sublimation comes to a close and after experiencing the final Lightning Tribulation, one becomes an Immortal.
