Enkidu opened his eyes to find himself in a burning city. His face scrunched up in disgust. Fujimaru was next to him on the ground. He stood up as a voice from Romani came out

~Hello this is Chaldea's control room. Can you hear me?~

Fujimaru talked fast as Romani confirmed it was him. Enkidu simply gave a little reassurance "I'm here too"

Romani sighed as he felt like his instincts were right and that meant that Enkidu could get them through the singularity safely.

A big signal horrified him.

~Run immediately!~

A big hulking monster stood on top of a building watching the duo. Enkidu smirked as he had long noticed that huge unrefined beast. They both quickly hid in a room after running away. Enkidu sighed as he didn't know his cover would be blown so soon.

"Hey Fujimaru keep your questions for later I'm getting rid of the beast."

Fujimaru tried to stop him even however Romani stopped him.

~Stop! if I'm correct we'll be seeing something important from Enkidu.~

Fujimaru disagreed but it was too late. Enkidu gazed at the beast as he growled, Enkidu smiled as it reminded him of when he was still a wild man and beast. Fujimaru suddenly stopped as Mash had appeared in a different outfit introducing herself as his master.

Somewhere another servant was watching the battle between the two.

Enkidu tilted his head a bit as the hulky Assassin punched at him. The punch hit the ground instead as Enkidu stepped in and decided to practise his close range combat. A punch sent the Assassin flying before he disappeared.

Everyone watched as Enkidu, a master had just punched a servant across the yard. Enkidu closed his eyes as he smiled serenely. They watched as Assassin appeared behind Enkidu only to be blocked by chains? coming out of small golden portals.

Lightning crackled around him and the earth as weapons formed and launched impaling the Assassin. A few chains restrained him around the neck and limbs before ripping him apart. Mash and Fujimaru cupped their mouths at the brutality before Enkidu looked at a certain place.

"Come out please"

A servant appeared as he introduced himself and the situation. Marie immediately started asking questions about Enkidu. He sighed as he simply stated, I'm not a servant nor am i a demi-servant. Marie started throwing a temper tantrum until Cu realised what he was talking about.

"You're an actual heroic spirit. You're the real article!"

Everyone turned their heads to stare at him. Marie asked him one more question "So your identity is Enkidu, the chain of heaven?" Enkidu smiled and nodded patiently. Marie started having a giant headache as they started heading towards Saber.

Cu kept asking him "So what was it like in the Age of Gods?" Enkidu replied with "It's nice, some of the gods and goddesses were pretty nice. Except for that hag!" They all flinched as they remembered his legend.

"Next time I see her I'll humiliate her to the point of no return."

They all shivered seeing his smile.

They arrived as Enkidu whispered to Cu "There is someone here." Cu nodded as he found it suspicious that Archer wasn't here guarding Saber. Chains flew into the air as they intercepted the swords coming towards Cu.

Cu grinned as he told them "Go ahead this one's mine"

The Holy Grail was so close but there stood it's protector, King Arthur, Artoria Pendragon.

Enkidu expected the fight to be a bit more challenging yet she lost so quickly. Enkidu sighed as the first singularity was finished. Cu disappeared into motes of light as he finished his duty. Enkidu decided to exit and wonder around leaving them to do their business.

Enkidu noticed the presence but it was too late as Marie disappeared and they were forcibly rayshifted back to Chaldea. Enkidu was fine but he was mad at himself for leaving their side. It was fine he just had to help them get through the singularities.

A panel popped up as he looked at it.

[Reward Chain Enchants]

[Piercing]

[Energy-steal]

Enkidu smiled as he looked at the panel before heading to the coffins for rayshifting. Enkidu closed his eyes as he waited for it. The rayshift started but something was wrong. His A rank instincts flared as he tried to speak only to disappear.

Enkidu found himself in a grassy land as the bracelet he was given by Romani sparked into life.

~Enkidu! Are you okay?~

Enkidu reassured him before asking what happened.

~I think you'll definitely survive but there was a problem with your rayshift as it somehow sent you way into the past. Not into the singularities but the past?~

Enkidu made an O with his mouth as he closed and opened it again while his brain tried to process the information.

"YOU SENT ME TO THE PAST?! I'D FEEL BETTER IF IT WAS A SINGULARITY BUT YOU SENT ME TO THE LITERAL PAST AND I'M STUCK HERE UNTIL FUJIMARU COMPLETES HIS TASK?"

Enkidu glared at the sky hoping it got too Romani.

~Not my fault! The screen glitched for a bit and somehow you got sent to the past being similar to an heroic spirit after all.~

Romani spent some time thinking about it. "Should I tell him that he spends more time for each second Fujimaru takes? So should I tell him he'll probably be living human history once again?"

Enkidu's instincts flared again "Romani are you omitting information from me?" He gave a sickly sweet smile that penetrated the fabric of reality and time itself surpassing true magic. Romani quickly spilled the beans and begged for forgiveness.

~I'm sorry but you'll probably have to live most of the history due to temporal differences.~

Enkidu looked at him with a serene and happy smile "Romani~ How would you like to be used?~ Maybe food for the sharks?~ Maybe becoming a boiled egg?~ Or maybe become a fuel source for the facility?~"

Romani yelped as he shut the communications for Enkidu for a bit. Enkidu sighed as he might as well make the most of it. He started wandering the area in attempts to see if there were any clues as to what time period he was in.
