Chapter 1

'Huh, how did I end up here?'

Flashback

Isaiah was walking through the light rail pathway in order to go home, and as he was in the middle of switching his playlist from rap to a new joe Rogan playlist, he completely forgot the pathway doubled as a street. Right at the moment he hears a horn, and his eyes are engulfed in a black hue, and all of his senses are turned off.

[Ding !]

He suddenly has all of his senses back on and is now in what seems to be a dark room. Isaiah sees a blue text screen with the world welcome on it, and he tries to move it away, but hands go through it. He tries all types of things: yelling, crying, and most importantly pinching himself seeing if this is real or not. After a couple of minutes, he calmed down and focused his thoughts trying to see if he can move it with his mind.

'Hello User, you have been blessed by the rob god known as Morgan Freeman, and he has decided that your life is now forfeit and he wants to see if a normal human of the 21st century would survive, thrive and become a legend in the anime world known as Naruto. Of course, he will give you the choice of your parents, your bloodline, and your system. Now choose your character's first name.

"Endo. I guess...Do I get my memories?" Isaiah yells

'You have your information about content you've consumed relevant to your new situation. You also have your personality but other than that no. You are a written slate that has been erased but there is still some smudge on it. Now where are you born?' the mysterious system says.

'Land of Fire?'

'And your bloodline?'

'Can I have a mixed bloodline?' Isaiah says as he hopes he could get 2.

'Can't be 2 dojutsu clans together, Senju and Uchiha, or Uzumaki and Uchiha' the system answers the question with a slight annoyance, but Isaiah doesn't notice

'Ok that's fine, I choose to be Nara/Senju'

Isaiah is a fan of both the Senju side for their resilience and chakra amount, while the Nara for their shadow release and high intelligence'.

'Are you sure?' the system says in a weird way.

'Yeah' Isaiah replied

'And do you have a preferred age?'

'Two years younger than Naruto

'Okay see you in a little bit. I got to make this story make sense now. Btw you are an orphan. BEGONE THOT.''

'Wait what the-'

Isaiah now Endo was now teleported to a forest. He looks around not knowing where he is and he asks

'This isn't the hidden leaf, right?' Isaiah thinks to his system.

'No..'

'Why aren't we here.'

Endo looks at his body and realizes he was transported into the body of a dirty 3 year old.

'How far is Konoha?' Endo hesitated asking

After 6 hours of walking, Endo actually managed to make it outside the village where he saw two guards. Wondering if he could recognize them, he squints his eyes. After a couple of minutes of squinting and with the help of getting closer Endo sees a clear screen with some basic information.

He starts coughing as his journey while not particularly long, his boy must be thirsty. Endo didn't spawn with any water and being in the forest he didn't want to get off track and find himself lost so he just kept chugging along. At the end of the walk, he was pretty sluggish as he had to keep walking even though he was not only thirsty but had an empty stomach as well. He continues walking until he hears.

"Hey kid, what are you doing here?" a boy with short length hair, and a leaf headband, and on his back, you could see a tanto strapped to his back.

'What the hell?' Endo thinks before giving the bookbag that appeared when the gates came within eyesight with a poof of white smoke.

Shisui (of the body flicker)

'Better him than the guards'. Endo thinks while he waits for Shisui to think. Shisui, confused with the kid giving him the book bag, inspects it to make sure no tags are on it then opens it and sees a note, 1000 Ryo, and a folder. Opening the note it says 'Greetings whoever opens this. I am the great ocean sage, Yami Watanabe, and the boy is named Endo. He is my friend's son's kid. My friend was a Senju and his daughter started dating a sleazy Nara a while back. Anyways I don't know the details but both the parents' kids died fighting some chunin bandits. I heard o'er there that Sannin lady Tsunade lived there with the God of Shinobu or some shit. Take care of the kid for me will ya. My lazy bones couldn't survive the journey, so I sent him from where we passed a nearby village. Tell him to get strong, and I will pick him up when he turns 13. Chow.'

After blinking a couple of times and rubbing his temples, Shisui looked at the kid, then back at the note and read it again. Then he looked over at the kid once again with a slightly horrified expression.

'So, he is supposed to be a Nara, and a Senju? I know Nara was lazy but never promiscuous, first time for everything, I guess. What luck he had if he got with a Senju! Let me take him to the Hokage so we can see what to do with him.' Shisui thinks before saying to the boy.

"Endo right?" Shisui asks to get the Endo to start talking

Endo simply nods.

Shisui sighs and then says "We should visit the Hokage to see what to do. He will have the answer and I'll even vouch for you to be in the village as you remind me of my friend, Itachi. He is always serious and doesn't say much either." Shisui smiles, puts the bookbag on, and then lifts Endo on top of his shoulders and starts dashing slowly to not scare Endo.

He reaches the gate where the two guards are confused as to why Shisui, the genin getting famous recently for his use of the body flicker technique, has a kid on his shoulder. As Shisui was explaining that the Hokage might be interested in the background of the kid, Endo, curious to who the other guards were, used his squinty eyes to see who the other guard was.

Endo still doesn't remember who the shinobi who was currently writing something for Shisui to take to the Hokage. So he puts his head down and not long after Shisui starts dashing.

"You can stop holding back, we need to get there soon so we can decide my living situation." Endo cutely says forgetting he is a child. Shisui hears this and thinks 'who is this kid?' before asking.

"So that person who wrote the note in the bag... Yami Watanabe. He did this for you frequently?" Shisui asked, trying to get a better feel for the kid's personality and life.

"I don't remember, but I don't think so. He just told me he was a friend of my grandpa." Endo said having read the note as well. The truth was he did not know his body's past or why he wasn't scared of people dashing at max speed, it was like his brain was already prepared for these things.

'Maybe Morgan, did it?' Endo thought before looking at Shisui. While Endo was answering the question, Shisui was thinking about how he felt bad for his kid. He knew what it was like to be lost yet having to be striving for something that is not in your control. Both seemingly out of there mental dialogues, focus back to getting to the Hokage and Shisui does what the kid says as Endo started to remind him of himself when was his age, so he uses a slightly weakened body flicker to the Hokage window. He makes sure that Endo is ok and when he sees the kid slightly annoyed, but fine Shisui knocks on the window door. He then goes in and kneels to put Endo down, and then salutes the Hokage.

"Hokage-sama" Shisui says as he crosses his fist across his heart.

"Raise. what do you have for me, and who is this boy?" Hiruzen says as he raises his eyebrows as he stares at the young Endo and simultaneously smokes his pipe before putting it down.

"I don't know, his name is Endo, and he came to the gates by himself so presumably it was by himself as the note says he was dropped by somewhere close to here. He also came with a book bag with 1000 Ryo, a note that I read, and assuming the details of the note, his birth, and his parents are in the folder that's also in the bookbag." Shisui says precisely and then looks at Endo with warm eyes. Endo during this time is checking out Hiruzen's office seemingly not worried about the situation at hand as he knows that if Shisui trusts him, that Hiruzen would surely trust him.

Hiruzen demands the files and notes so he could view and assess his thoughts. As he reads Shisui slowly sees Hiruzen losing his shit over the birth of Endo and his parents. What's even weirder is that he doesn't have a last name even though his parents seemingly died when he was 3. He keeps sifting through the papers and he gets up and around his desk to look at the boy that's simply disinterested in the whole ordeal.

"Little Endo, do you know who I am?" Hiruzen says probing and testing Endo.

"Yes and no. You seem to be important by the location being in the middle of the village and oniisan seems to respect you a lot. Other than that, no, not really. " Endo makes his response broad and doesn't care enough to talk like a baby when he knows Shisui and Itachi had similar conversations with adults when he was 4 years old.

Hiruzen stares at the kid in shock, and then he looks at the nodding Shisui. He thinks about it for a second before moving to the window outlooking the village. He then looks at the 2nd Hokage 'So you actually have a generation of blood proceed you', and speaks

"Do you want to live here Endo?" Hiruzen signs while sighing in a sad undertone.

"Yes, I do."

"What do you think of the situation Shisui?" Hiruzen was intrigued to hear the prodigies' analysis.

A minute only goes by before the young shinobi says "I think he is a good kid whose shinobi parents died and wanted a proper life for their son so that he could grow up with people related to him, but if they died, they probably were trying to protect him so that's the lack of a surname so there's no one hunting him for his blood. I highly doubt the information given to us is false due to the fact that the kid's chakra, while quite abnormally huge, is still locked, and his feelings seem genuine. As far as where he should live is questionable. The Senju are non-existent besides lady Tsunade and she isn't even here, and the Nara won't allow him to take their name and be a part of their clan, so he would be ostracized. I don't think he would fit in with the orphanage because of his maturity and perception. So, I think he should get his own space like Naruto." Shisui finished. Endo doesn't watch but listens to Shisui give his analysis. 'So, Naruto lived by himself at 5, that sucks.' Endo thinks. A couple of minutes goes by and Hiruzen nods at Shisui's assessment of the situation before replying.

"He's only 3. Not only is Naruto 5, but he also just moved into the apartments in the Shinobi district because he was being neglected by the Head mistresses and her workers. Endo while different in maturity than even most 10 years old could still fit in, but I agree. -I" Before Hiruzen continues he looks at Endo, who suddenly reminded him of his sensi, is now looking at the plant. He asks Endo to wait outside on the chair so that Shisui and him can talk about some ninja business. Not needing to be asked twice, Endo nods before leaving the office and sits on the chair. He nods at the two shinobi, and while the two ninja were confused as to why a kid was nodding at them like a colleague, they equally and weirdly nodded back at the kid. Endo chuckles at their silliness and starts swaying his legs waiting.

Once Endo gets out of ear shot Hiruzen shouts

"Leave us" and the 4 anbu that were previously not there body flickers out of the office leaving only Hiruzen and Shisui. Without saying anything else Hiruzen goes up the wall and activates a silent seal and then sits back down before looking at the young shinobi sternly.

"What's wrong Hoka-"

"I think we should put him to live with some anbu as I'm now determining his origins to be a low S-class secret." The Third says.

"But w-"

Hiruzen interrupts again.

"The reason I concealed this room is because I cannot let Danzo hear. I've let him get away with a lot, I gave him permission to create the root, and steal many geniuses, particularly orphans. He even managed to convince some clan members' kids after their parents' lives were lost due to the kyuubi. Among them were high level talent that could rival the fourth Hokage. Who knows what he would do with the boy? If the boy's mentality at three is any indication, he will be a once in an era generational talent. If he takes to shinobi life like his ancestors before him, he would be peerless. Danzo just wouldn't understand that sentiment. 'Oh Danzo, my old friend, while my equal and brilliant mind, you wouldn't agree with this request. I want to keep the child away from Konoha until he is ready. He has dangerous blood installed in him, and if anyone found out we wouldn't just have the Uchiha ready to leave.' Hiruzen determined

"So, I will have things handled with Shikaku. You leave here, and tell the boy to come back in. I want to get to know sensei's great grandchild. Hiruzen says while disabling the seal and signaling the private anbu to come back. He then opens his desk and hands a parcel to Shisui.

"You are Dismissed, bring Gekko Hayate in as currently Yugao is busy on an anbu mission." Hiruzen smiles

gently at Shisui. Shisui, sensing he was being dismissed, bangs his fist on his heart and then walks out of the office and closes the door. He looks at a bored Endo who's lying uncomfortably with his eyes closed on a chair like one does when he's home. Shisui chuckles, which makes Endo's eyes open.

"Hokage-sama wants to see you. Remember to be on your best behavior."

"Thank you oniisan." Endo says as he gets up. Being there for a couple minutes he stretches and gives Shisui a big hug as he knows it's not long before Shisui hands down his eye to Itachi. Endo then goes to the door and knocks before twisting the knob and going through the door. Once again Hiruzen is looking at the Hokage monuments but instead of reminiscing on his sensei's face he looks at his. Remembering all of the training, killing, and wisdom he's gained over the years. All of the people he met, and affected, and lost. That's when he says

"You are in the line of greatness Endo. What do you want to be when you grow up young one?" Hiruzen asks gingerly

"A Shinobi, I want the power to control my destiny, to be strong enough to protect those I love, and most importantly I want to create peace around me." Endo coldly says as he looks at his hands. Endo even though he appreciates the fact that he has the chance to meet some of his favorite characters from a show he's been watching since he was a child, hates that he was forced here, and furthermore forced to change his perspective of this world like the many fanfictions he's read. He knows that one day he'll not only see these 'Characters' as fake but real. Endo knows that one day he'll want to protect people he'll care about and want to be with. He needs to be ready for when the trouble arises. As he remembers the words that he last heard before being transported to the black room "It's better to be a warrior in a garden, than a gardener at war"'. Endo continues his thought interpersonally.

Hiruzen's eyes widened at the answer of the young boy from his perspective who was forced to grow up so fast. His heart aches even more as he feels like he failed his Sensei. Hiruzen walks from the window to the young boy and pats him on his head.

"Can you keep a secret?" Hiruzen asks

"Yeah.." Endo hesitates to answer as he doesn't know where Hiruzen is going with this conversation.

"Your great grandfather was my sensei, and he taught me some very valuable things, and made me become the person I was, and still am today. I feel it is my duty to do the same to you, but I am on my last legs so you can let this old man know if you want something. Okay?" Hiruzen looked at Endo with promise, He wanted to make sure he did everything he could to do right by Endo, he knew his Sensei would be mad at him and kick his ass in the afterlife of fist of love if he didn't.

Endo, glad that Hiruzen trusted him with his ancestry, smiled at the Hokage and then asked if they could get some food as he didn't eat all day but unfortunately, they would have to wait till Hiruzen had less work as he was already pushing his break. They were discussing when they could get some food when they heard a knock on the door.

"C'mon in," Hiruzen demanded as he walked back to his office desk. Gekko comes in wondering why the Hokage called him till he sees the kid that he saw Shisui carrying earlier. He remembers where he's at and says.

"You called Hokage-sama?" still looking at Endo who was equally confused.

"Yes, ummm this is a special kid that I would like you and Yugao to take care of him..." The Hokage asked nicely as he knew that even though this was strictly Yugao's mission the person Endo would spend most of his time with would be Gekko.

Gekko thinks for a couple of minutes before asking if he could see the details. Unfortunately, not being able to disclose the information of the kid the Hokage denies him but promises to let Yugao tell him when she gets back. Gekko was kind of sketched out, and still kind of hesitant on it but agreed to it anyway. Yugao and Gekko while still young were thinking about starting a family in a couple of years and Endo could give them some idea of what it would be like.

Hiruzen seeing the hesitant nod, took it in stride and told Endo that Gekko and someone else would-be taking care of him for the time being until he gets old enough to live by himself or he will stay if they really get along with them. After talking for a couple of minutes more, Endo was released into Gekko's custody, and was supplemented with 10K Ryo for clothes and food. After that Hiruzen dismissed Gekko who was now hold Endo's hand and started introducing himself.

"Hey kid, I know this is not the best, but we will have a lot of fun, we will get Clothes and shop for some food and if you are good and don't complain a lot, I'll treat you to some dango." Gekko bribed.

Endo simply responded with a fine, and they both headed off to get some clothes. Gekko not being an expert on parenting let Endo chose for himself what he wanted to wear, and unlike what would happen to most kids, either with getting the wrong size or not matching, Endo chose some basic outfits. He firstly got entranced by the sweaters that they had on stock. He chose some basic shirt length dark forest green ones because he wanted to blend into the environment, then went to look at the shirts. Liking the idea of mesh shirts, he got a few of those while also fillings his wardrobe with plain colored shirts. For pants he got mostly long styled pants and a couple of shorts. He collected his new wardrobe and looked at Gekko who realized he was dumb to expect a child to do something that even some adults can't accomplish. He went to stop Endo from messing up the clothes folded was stopped by the fact that Endo was methodically picking his clothes, and they had some sense of reasoning to it. It seemed like the boy had his own style which confused him. 'Should all kids be like this. I know that our village produce some monsters like Itachi, Shisui, the Sannin, and Kakashi Hatake, but I don't even think they were doing this.'

While Gekko was having his mental breakdown on his 'adopted' kid, Endo put all of the clothes he picked out, tried on, and decided to keep, and gave it to the shopkeeper to calculated and dish out the final price of his small hump of clothes. Endo paid for the clothes after showing the shopkeeper who wouldn't sell to a child that he was withe Gekko. He got the bags after the Keeper placed it down so he could reach and went to stand next to Gekko.

"Are we done with clothes now?" Endo said in an annoying voice since his stomach was seriously starting to eat itself."

Gekko, being brought out of his thoughts, looked at the kid who suddenly transported to his side with some bags filled with clothes.

"You paid for them already?"

"Yeah, while you were busy looking at the girl section like a perv" Endo said the end part slightly louder as he wanted payback for the uselessness Gekko was displaying as a guardian. The girls in the store and even the male shopkeeper looked at Gekko weird to which Gekko responded with a blush. After that he took the bags from endo and walked out of the store with the three year old at tow. They completely skipped food shopping, and dango and went to the new apartment that the three of them would be sharing. Gekko told the Hokage, that the place that he and Yugao were in weren't going to cut it to raise a young boy, as they only had the one apartment bedroom to themselves. Hiruzen being the 'benevolent leader' he was ordered a couple of anbu, and a local cleaning service to use clean and renovate the apartment while Gekko and Endo did some chores to make sure they were okay for the time being. After walking to the house Gekko knocked on the door and cleaning service told him that they were too early. Gekko remembering back track and went to his house to cook endo some food. He told endo that he wasn't that great of a cook while he was serving to the response Endo showed, he didn't care. Endo was so hungry after spending some a large time with some of the main cast in the early season minus Gekko. After they ate Endo asked if He could go to the library as they had nothing else to do at the time. Reluctantly, Gekko agreed even though Endo couldn't read he was interested in why the boy was asking all of the sudden to go to the library. So, leaving Gekko's current home, they left to go to the library, and Gekko left him alone once they reached the front door in order to talk to some other Shinobi. Endo spent the next couple of hours reading some of the principles behind affinities, and some bloodlines. He also tried to search for maps in case he would need them in the future. The next thing he searched for too was for Chakra control training. After he was finished, he turned to the decent part of the book talking about the tree climbing technique as an effective method of control training and started messing with his system.

'Finally, I'm alone. Sheesh' Endo thinks as he pretends to read.

To access the system, you need to command what you want to see, whether it be Stats, Skills, Shop, or Titles. You can upgrade stats by doing physical and mental activities, getting stat points by leveling up, and missions. You get 5 per level, and you can assign them to any stat you like. PP stands for perk point, and they do things to make leveling a little easier (like a skill tree). You get them by doing mission, or by unlock Passive perk abilities that allow you to get more or spend them to get weapons, skills [Locked], and abilities not only from the Naruto world.]

After fiddling with his system changing things to his liking, he suddenly started by hand holding something for him, he then hears

"Here Kid."

Endo looks up and sees Gekko grinning slightly as he put an owl shaped wallet on the book.

"So, you can read, is there anything else you know how to do." Gekko

'I guess this is his sorry you are stuck with me, and glad you are a part of the village.' Endo thinks before asking what the wallet is for. He guessed right and thanked Gekko.

"Anyways mister prodigy are you ready to go, they should be done by now if you're tired"

"Home, you are going to live with me for the time being until you get big enough to start living by yourself. C'mon It's gonna be an hour or two till the evening so we can get some dango before going to my house to eat Kaa-san's dinner she'll make. "Shisui said, giving Endo back his book bag. Endo opens it and notices an owl shaped wallet, and nothing else. Endo picks up the wallet and asks Shisui.

"This wasn't there before" Endo says while tilting his head.

"Oh that, the Third wanted to give a present to celebrate your new home, but he is a busy man, so he Told me to take you out for a treat, and buy you some clothes. Now young one let's go before it gets to late. I also have to introduce you to the brother I told you about" Gekko said before motioning Endo to follow.

So Gekko and Endo went to the dango shop, and then walked to the Uchiha district and trekked their way home. On the way people stared at the stalk-white hair kid that was seemingly out of place for the usual kids around here. The woman's expressions softened, the kids were intrigued, the men were confused as he saw them with the one and only pride of their clan, who also is the clan leader's first born, Shisui Uchiha. Not wanting to question why the kid was there, they started to lose interest and got back to whatever they were doing.

Endo still looks at the wallet thinking of a name for it.

'Yuki-chan' Endo says as he nods at his work. Endo realizes as he was transported got the full capabilities of Japanese it was no wonder he didn't sound like someone his age or had trouble reading. Morgan Freeman was actually nice this time but overall still a douche. Pouting in his mind, he put the book back. They left the library to walk to Gekko's old apartment, and started heading to the new house. On the way…

"So can you train me?" Endo sporadically asks as they were talking about the different places and clans that Endo 'learned while reading'.

"Why do you want to train, and why should I do it?" Gekko stopped walking and looked at Endo wondering what goes on in the kid's brain.

Endo ponders for a moment before saying

"What else do you become a Shinobi. TO protect people, I know I am young and may not be able to find my purpose but right now I think I should prepare for a hard life. When I was reading It became apparent to me that people had hard lives. So I want to keep the bad people away from the good people I care about" Endo says pretending to forget the other question so he could make a valid excuse.

Gekko takes his answer in full stride and is impressed. Most chunin wouldn't be able to have this type of reasoning, let alone a genin or a child. 'This kid is an actual prodigy, but let's see what he reasons as my excuse to train him.'

"And why should I do it. You're practically the lord's great grandson, he would be able to put you in someone's else's capable hands like Shisui" Gekko bluffed.

"Well since you are my guardian for the time being or possibly the far future, I think it would help to Train so I could be ahead of the kids entering the academy. " Endo said shyly as he actually doesn't have a good reason for Gekko to train him.

Gekko sees the kid kind of disappointed with his own answer and thinks a little to make he seem like he is gonna disapprove for payback 'take that kid'.

Endo seeing this pouts at Gekko snide grin, before saying

"So no?"

"Fine, we have nothing else to do. But we will only start with stretches and some extremely basic exercise. I don't want Yugao to kill me for working you to hard in the beginning." Gekko says as he scratches his head. So they look at each other before nodding at each other. They once again start the walk towards their new home, with an excited Endo and A grinning Gekko.
