THE COMMUNITY OF THE DAWN

The Community of the Dawn, famous experimental base, home to great mysteries about life outside the earth, as their research progressed they continued to create many inventions, one of them was a category of super humans with extraterrestrial cells, which would make them strong, fast and with powers, with the purpose of preparing humanity for all kinds of unimaginable events that would serve for the evolution of the human being, until everything got out of control, the experiments rebelled against their creators and only a few could be contained and modified for its control.

"We are close, Evander."

"Wait," he stopped her.

He analyzed the terrain, everything was still, there was no movement nearby but something did not give him a good feeling.

"This is not the base, Ocean."

"How not?"

"They put up a barrier," he took a stone from the ground and threw it forward.

When the stone fell it caused a hail of bullets in that direction, the snipers detected any movement and had permission to shoot whatever it was.

"I'll look for some entrance," Ocean said very determined but Evander pulled her towards him.

In that, Kylen communicated with them again by radio since they had already taken a long time and that seemed suspicious to him because they were very skilled and strong, as well as fast in their work.

"We have to go back, I'm going to limit myself to using all my power, that way I'll resist more," he took her hand.

Ocean accepted, they returned at great speed feigning fatigue, apparently everything was calmer inside the bunker, the citizens returned to their daily tasks except for Zev, they had given him the day off due to his headache and his strange attitude.

Luna was worried about how Zev was feeling, so she went looking for Ocean and Evander to complain about their attitude towards him. At the end of her training, she faced them.

"Why were you so rude to Zev?"

"With whom?" Evander asked, making a doubtful expression on his face.

Luna crossed her arms showing annoyance.

"It's that he felt bad all day, surely because of how you both treated him."

"Ahh, you mean him…" Ocean said as she made her bed.

Evander approached Ocean to help her arrange the cushions, Luna continued with her arms crossed and a frown as she watched them, apparently she was being ignored by both of them, their way of behaving seemed quite strange to her, but that triggered her curiosity.

"How long have you been a couple?"

They both turned to look at her.

"Why do you care?" Ocean glared at her.

"I just want to know, I can see that you two are very devoted to each other and that rarely happens in a common human couple," she continued with a frown but her arms relaxed.

"Ever since I saw her I wanted to be with her," Evander spoke lightly in his voice, accompanied by a subtle and warm smile.

Ocean looked at him, with her hand, she gently took the boy's chin and then slowly pressed her lips against his, soon a delicate kiss occurred between them.

"Hey!" She raised her voice feeling uncomfortable, "I'm still here, stop pretending I don't exist!"

Ocean approached Luna, took her arm and lightly led her out of the room after slamming the door shut. Luna had no choice but to leave there, her efforts had been in vain, having a conversation without aggression with that pair would be something really difficult to achieve.

On the other hand, Commander Kylen was in the lab gathering information along with the other soldiers and the new group of fighters.

"The Community already annihilated an entire city in the state, the walkers mercilessly crushed them, I need to do something about it, our infiltrator, reinforcement 089 has obtained valuable information…"

"All this time have you had 089 as an ally?" Ronda asked, very surprised, opening her eyes wide and taking her out of her comfortable position with crossed arms.

The commander nodded very firmly.

"And the information he got is about eternal life," he took out a red folder to show them, "The community of the dawn is not what we thought, they are not the owners, they are manipulators and all thanks to the girl, we have to capture her! at any cost!"
