Season 1; Returned Home After Meeting The Spirit of Wind.

What was that? An animal with a body of a lion, and its head, an eagle. It glowed green, and a strong gale surrounded it. Mystical, it was. Lawrence thought. It was too vivid for a dream. He saw an animal carry out Gavin's wish and killed the Hobgoblin. Just when the Hobgoblin exploded, the horses screamed and collapsed, Estella fell, the two horses of the carriage collapsed, and the coachman did so, too.

He opened the carriage door to see for himself. No. Confirm what he saw. It was as big as a tree, mighty as an eagle, strong as a gale, and authoritative as an emperor. Lawrence felt weakened, dizzied, but he did not collapse as the others did. Why? he thought. Lawrence urged himself to speak, "Who, no, what are you?" just then, Lawrence felt taller, lighter, more comfortable. He held out his hand and saw his old hand, rough palm, and fingers filled with calluses.

He returned his gaze at the strange creature. Its eyes already looked straight to Lawrence. It moved, and each step it took sounded like a battalion of stomps. Lawrence covered his ears.

"A reincarnate?" the creature spoke.

Lawrence's eyes widened, "Who are you?"

"Who are you?" the creature asked back.

"Elijah Lawrence Xavier Royale Kingsley Sage."

The creature shook its head, "No. It is you that I ask. Tell me, who are you?" it asked again.

Lawrence felt a pang in his head. He screamed in agony, "Julius Bedwyr FitzChivalry!" he answered.

"Good. You know yourself. Child, do not forget yourself." the creature spoke, "I am Spirit of Griffin, the wind saint. A father of Wind Inheritors." there was a pause. "We will meet again soon. Strengthen yourself until you are old enough to venture into the world. When you can, visit the beast people, tell the Chieftain of Eaglides, the mighty wind saint has called upon you. I will wait for you until then." the large Griffin turned into a human and pointed at Lawrence. There was a light that came out of the tip of his finger. The light resided in Lawrence's heart.

Lawrence fell unconscious.

.

"What happened?" Jane mumbled, groaning. She held her gut then the pain disappeared.

Jane looked around to see her unconscious companions, and Lawrence was down on the ground outside the carriage. She stood and moved towards Lawrence. Jane picked him up and placed him inside the carriage. When she finished, she saw Koa and Helix already getting up.

They mumbled the same thing Jane did. "What happened?" as they wander their eyes in the surrounding.

"There's no time to waste. Nightfall is nearing, and we must depart. Handle Madam, and I'll help Seargent. While you're at it, take Seargent's horse with you. Go."

"Ah... my arm hurts," Helix complained.

Koa nodded, but the two moved towards Estella. "Madam must've taken care of the Hobgoblin...," Koa spoke.

.

They were already on the other side of the gate of the enormous Villa Gate. The gate had mosses, vines, and flowers all over it. Koa opened the gate, and a large squeak echoed the whole area. They continued forth. The St. Apple Villa was clean enough for someone to live. But many of the corners had overgrown weeds and unnurtured bushes.

But if it were more organized and clean, it would've been as grand as the estate of the Emperor. The St. Apple Villa, after all, is the previous Empress of the Laplace & Sage. It was also a place where Viola used to stay and chat with the Empress. That said, Estella always came along. She was well-oriented around the Villa, other than the vaults and dungeons.

Speaking of Estella, she cleaned herself with a towel as soon as she wakes. She stank of Goblin blood, which is second to a Troll's blood. It was the first time she was glad to possess a water Inheritance. Lawrence was still unconscious inside the carriage. That goes for Gavin, also.

Although many corners of the enormous mountain villa had overgrown weeds and unnurtured bushes, the pavements, and road, including the roundabout, were maintained by Estella. The top of the mountain had an enormous plain found by the late Empress, who loved to explore forests and mountains. Upon seeing such a splendid area, she built a large mansion and a few other buildings in the secluded place.

Furthermore, she also insisted on making a serpentine road down the mountain for carriages to use and horses. The same goes for the fancy fountain in the middle of the roundabout located before the mansion. It was all designed by the late Empress, who fancied nature.

The carriage stopped at the end of the pavement leading to the entrance of the mansion. Estella took Lawrence onto her arms and waited for the carriage door to open. When Jane helped open the door, Estella came out carrying Lawrence.

Outside, Helix had a bird on his shoulder, and in his hands was a letter. He spoke, "Madam, a letter from the... butler?"

"It must be regarding the others following behind. Thank you," Estella. "Hold onto it for the meantime," she ordered softly.

Koa already opened the door to enter the grand two-story foyer in a vast room. Two staircases on either side of the room and hallways leading to other rooms like the great room, dining room, kitchen room, et cetera. Helix and Koa sighed in relief. It felt nice for them to see something luxurious once in a while.

"Jane, come with me. I'll show you the room of his highness. Koa and Helix, lighten this place up. Or the corners and corridors we would need light, of course. While you're at it, make sure to explore and memorize the area. This place is vast enough for someone to be lost. The first floor is the maze, be sure to come back here in the foyer. Then I'll show you the rooms you'll be staying in," Estella remarked.

Jane followed behind, the coachman took care of the unconscious Gavin, and the two knights proceeded as Estella command.
