ch5 "Goodbye Mr Gallen! and Happy Divorce!"
Etherel dressed herself up in simple royal blue dress that reaches perfectly below her knees, and paired it up with amber colored accessories, and black heels that has few tiny golden colored gems. Eris used to wear baby blue clothes, which contrasted Etherel's royal blue dress. Etherel arrived there 5 minutes earlier before 9:00am. After few minutes later she saw the devil walking towards her. Maverick Gallen never expected that Etherel arrive earlier than him. He stared at her for a moment after seeing her outfit and comment "you have change in your taste in color shades when choosing outfits??? Oh right. by the way you forgot to bring your clothes the moment you left the house. I will ask for Colton to send it you la- "Etherel quickly cut his words off "oh I don't need that anymore Mr. Gallen. Since those dresses were brought by the money of the Gallen family, it belongs to you. Since I failed you during our 4 years of voidness marriage, those dress are some ways I could pay you back. I think it is best to sell them so that you can get the money in return so that my financial debt in your family is clear." Maverick looks at her with his cold eyes then responded "fine, I will ask Colton to sell them all of." Maverick thinks deeply about her words and thought, 'since she is paying back everything by returning back all the money she spends, then doesn't that mean that she has nothing now?' Maverick looked at the woman who used to always obsessing over him and spoke "I can give you 4 million to make up the 4 years of void marriage."
Etherel look at him and thought 'since she is willing to pay 4 million for 4 years of voidness marriage. Then Eris will be able divorced Maverick Gallen with huge amount of money after it has been finalized. That is good!! At least I will be able to earn money and used it in improving Eris's life.' Etherel looked at Maverick and nodded in agreement "okay I accept that kind offer from you Mr. Gallen." Maverick Look at her and thought in his head: 'don't worry, I only decided to give you this amount of money so that you won't be able to bother me about money in the Future']
Etherel walked in the court with Maverick then finalized their Divorce. After completing their divorced and receive the divorced Certificate. Etherel walked out of the court and was surprised as she saw the familiar little boy she met at the street. Izan Dwight was busy waiting in line to be able to buy his favorite cotton candy. The little boy felt someone staring at him so he turned to the direction and saw his 'pretty sister.' Without thinking twice, he rushed over to her excitedly and spoke happily "pretty sister!!! Have you come to find me!?" Etherel smile and went to pick up Izan Dwight in her arms. She gently pinched his cute chubby cheek "no, pretty sister was actually here to get divorced." Izan Dwight felt confused and asked "why did you got divorced pretty sister?? "Etherel smile and respond "it is none of the kids like you need to know" Izan Dwight nodded and changed the topic "Pretty sister? Can you take me to a playground? Daddy hasn't let me play outside lately because I have 5 homework to do. I already finished 4 so there was only one left." He pouted and continue to spoke "I endured 3 hours each day just to complete the homework. I have been feeling tired and bored sitting on my chair all day while doing homework! So can you please accompany me to the playground so that I can have fun once in a while?"
Etherel look at the pleading eyes of the little prince and sigh helplessly "okay I will play with you for 1 hour only, okay?? After one hour you should tell me where can I can drop you off safely." Hearing those words, the little boy nodded and responded happily "okay!!" Etherel texted his brother first to pick her up later in the playground since she was accompanying a child that belongs to some of her friend. Jordan replied to her text "okay I will come pick you up at 10:30pm"
Hidden under the shadows tree, a black Mercedes was hidden. Maverick looks out in the window and found Eris holding some child in her arms. Maverick asked His assistant "Colton, who was that child Eris was carrying in her arms?" Colton turned to look at the direction where his boss was looking at. The scene shows a sweet soft atmosphere as Eris hold the child in her arms after Buying him some cotton candy. Colton recognizes the child's clothes were custom made and the child's feature seem to belong in the Dwight family. he turned to look at his boss and responded "Sir, that child was from a wealthy family based on his clothes and judging from the child's features he seems to belong in The Dwight family. The last time we speak with Christopher Dwight we have heard that he has an only son. It is said that his son was clearly a copy of him when it comes to physical features when Christopher Dwight was still young." Maverick remembered that one time he and his assistant was attending a Banquet Held by the Carter family and he managed to meet Christopher Dwight there. Christopher Dwight was a famous for his medical skills and he has been supported the government because he seems to held a high position in the Military. Christopher Dwight owned a company now that produce new Technologies for this current generation.
Maverick frowned slightly and asked his assistant "why is the son of Christopher Dwight was here? And how come Eris and the boy seems to know each other??" Colton didn't know the relationship the little boy and Eris has so he simply replied "I heard that the young master of the Dwight Family isn't fond of strangers that easily. Guessing from their interaction earlier ago I guess he and miss Eris seems to have a close relationship." Maverick watched the two figures from out of the window disappear. Etherel and Izan decided to go to the playground. Izan Dwight keeps dragging Eris to play with her in the playground. Little Izan looks at her and smile excitedly "let's got try the huge slide!" Izan took Eris's hand and pull her all the way to the slide. Etherel placed Izan in her lap and wrapped her arms around him as they move down in the long slide. "wooh!! It is so windy" Izan shouted happily as they move down on the slide. Etherel and izan ended up landing in a ball pit. Both adult and child laugh together.
Suddenly a deep voice can be heard from the side by both of them "IZAN DWIGHT! Didn't I told you to stay at home and finish your last homework before playing outside again??" The moment izan Dwight heard his father deep voice, he tightly clung onto Etherel and look at his father. He stares at him pleadingly "dad! I was just bored sitting in the room for hours! Trying to solve the problems in my homework!! I need some stress relieve! And playing with big sister helped me a lot in recharging my happy mood! And I promised Pretty Sister that I will spend time with her for an hour. It has only been 30 minutes! Me and Big sister still has 20 Minutes." Izan Dwight started to cry as he spoke "dad I want to spend time with Pretty sister rather than doing those draining homework!" Christopher Dwight's heart and Etherel's heart softened. Etherel turned to look at Christopher and spoke "Sir, I think your child is right. He needs to have a little break from his homework. If you were worried about your child then you can ask a nanny to accompany him when he is with me. If there is no nanny and if you're free then you can accompany your child for 20 Minutes." Christopher looks at familiar woman that spoke to him, he replied "I have free time for an hour. Since my son wants to have a break and since it is almost his meal time, would you mind if I took you to have lunch with my son? After all after playing for 30 minutes in the playground can be Exhausting." Christopher Dwight didn't know why he suddenly invited Eris for Lunch together with his son.
Etherel looked at him and smile politely, she then spoke, "I don't mind it Sir, after all I still have 20-minute time before my brother came to pick me up." Izan shakes Eris's hand happily and smiled cheerfully "We should eat in Mc Donald's!! I want their spaghetti and chicken nuggets." Christopher crosses his arm and look' at his son seriously and spoke, "No, because the food there is Dirty." Izan smiled and responded with a cheerful tone "well if daddy doesn't want to eat in McDonalds, then me and Pretty Auntie will just eat together without you!" Christopher frowned then smirks slightly "Ms. Eris haven't agreed to you. She hasn't agreed to eat McDonalds." He turned to look at Eris and smile playfully as if he knew that Eris will not agree with his son's request "what do you say, Ms. Eris ?? will you Eat in McDonalds with my son??"
Etherel smile politely and nods "I am fine with-it Sir. Since I think, I can afford to pay for my own meal in McDonalds." Since Etherel Haven't Receive her divorce money reward yet. She only took money from home enough to buy a food. Christopher's playful smile suddenly froze, he thought 'is she worried that she won't be able to eat in a restaurant because she can't afford? She thinks that I won't pay for her'. Christopher earlier meant that he was willing to pay for the food of Eris and His son. He regained his composure and smiled politely "Miss Eris if you're worried about the payment if we ate In a Restaurant then don't worry because it is on me. "Etherel shook her head and smile politely "no thank you sir. I am completely fine eating in McDonalds with your son since he wanted to eat some chicken nuggets like me." Hearing that, Christopher sighed helplessly "okay fine". izan's mood turned more better after hearing his father's agreement.
Izan took his father's hand and Etherel's hand. All three of them walked to McDonalds as if they're a Family of three.
Christopher ordered nothing for himself and let the woman and his son order some. Etherel ate 20 pieces of chicken nuggets with izan. When the Mc spaghetti got served, Izan eats them hungrily. Etherel noticed a stain on left side the side on his cheek. She smiled softly and chuckled slightly as she rubs them off gently using a tissue and spoke gently "you should slow down when you eat since you might chock and stain your face." Christopher wipes the other side of his son's cheek "you shouldn't eat like a beast in front of a pretty lady." Hearing his father's word, Izan obediently slow down his eating pace. Seeing this Christopher scoffed slightly and thought,
"Since when did this demon become so obedient to my words?? He always does the opposite each time I give him advice. He suddenly had a change of attitude because of the Miss Eris?" After finishing eating lunch. Etherel bid her farewell to the little boy and walked back to the playground, where her brother will pick her up.
Izan looked up at his father while they're walking back to the company. He then suddenly asked him "Daddy? What do you think of pretty- I mean Miss Eris?? "Christopher looks down at his son and pat his head gently using his slender hand "I think she is good enough to make you Obedient. Which means she is an outstanding person that can make you behave" Christopher responded as he gently pinched his son's soft chubby cheek. Izan frowned and crosses his arms as he thought 'daddy is so mean!!! How dare he use Pretty lady to make me follow his orders!'

Maverick followed Eris's advice in selling all the clothes that used to belong to her. After Colton finished his work in selling all the expensive clothes and jewelries that use to belong to Eris, he returned back into his boss's office.
"Sir, the clothes and Jewelries that used to belong to Miss Eris has all been Sold. Due to the good quality of her clothes and Jewelries a lot of people buy them" Colton spoke then handed him the list of things that got sold and the total of money they earned. The total of the money was 9 million if the dress and jewelry were combined. Maverick checked the list and found out that all her stuff cost way more than the divorce money that he is going to give her. Maverick turns on his phone and transfer 4 million into her account.

Etherel heard her phone buzz. Carson took a peek at her phone and scoffed "well it is good that he is giving you 4 million! However, you should have asked for higher! That pathetic man deserved for his money to get drained by you, just like how he drained your energy." Etherel turned to look at his brother and smiled " I think this money will be enough to support me in earning more money once I focused on my dream as a Fashion Designer." Hilda heard her daughter's ideal career, she smiled and replied "that money is not the only support you can get. We're your family so of course the Stanley family will support you." Etherel smiled "I am aware of that mother."
After receiving the money. Etherel received a text from Maverick, he said 'we don't owe each other anything anymore since Both of us paid each other back'. 'Etherel replied to him with a thumbs up and a happy Emoji "Goodbye Mr. Gallen! and Happy Divorce!' She then unfriended him and blocked his account from ever seeing her account.
