Sevil Meeting (6)

"Are you sad without me?" Lucifer asked playfully, standing next to her.

Daphne chuckled and did not say anything, looking as all the guests came in and began talking to each other, drinking what appeared to be wine, but it could also be blood.

"How was it? What did you do?"

Daphne looked at him and replied, "It was fine. I just stayed with Calanthe."

Lucifer nodded and did not say anything anymore, looking ahead.

"I'm hungry. Can we go get some food?" Daphne said as she walked over to the food tables, looking at the beautiful arrangement of different foods, some delicious and others a little weird.

She saw something that looked like red velvet cake and grabbed it, taking a bite. However, the next second, a disgusting taste filled her mouth, and she immediately spit it back out onto the plate, "What is this?!"

Lucifer laughed as he watched her, his shoulders shaking slightly. It took a few seconds before he was able to speak again, "It's blood cake."
