1.Failed awakening

In the outskirts of Yang Heaven Town a Black haired boy runs with 5 other children, " Han Qin wait up you're going too fast!", the 5 children shout.

"Hehe, come on guys keep up or I'll beat you all once again", the boy smiles back laughing as he speeds up.

The children then speed up as they hear this huffing all the way back to the Han Heavenly Clan's gate, a guard walked up "three young masters and mistresses and lady Zhang" he clasps his hands together.

"Come on guys let's get going" Han Qin then runs once again to the other Children's dismay.

A chubby boy says to the other two boys "Han Qin has always beaten us that's not fair!", "Hmph, so, that's due to you're fat body fatso!", a boy with short hair and deep set eyes replied back.

"Han Qui, I always see you looking towards Zhang Feiyu, you must be attracted to her right?", the other boy with a round face and short stature said teasing the boy with short hair.

"No, no I don't" the short haired boy started panicking as they made it back to Han Qin's house.

It has been five years since Han Qin was born and the family expected a lot from him due to being Han Qingluo and Han Yu's son, both of Han Qin's parents had high stature in the family as they were able to provide him with essence pools full of medicine to rid him of his impurities and harden his bones for five years whilst also teaching him basic martial arts.

In the Han Heavenly Clan, infighting between the younger generation is encouraged to dig out the genius talents, as long as there isn't killing without reason and crippling fellow clan members , anything is allowed.

"Han Qingluo, our son's engagement to Zhang Feiyu has brought some discomfort to the higher ups as that concerns the alliance between our Han family and Zhang family."

"But our parents have already arranged the marriage before both Han Qin and Zhang Feiyu were born, you can't go back on you're word".

"I'm not, but it seems the family heads want a genius they've prepared to marry the Zhang daughter."

"Hmph, our son is more of a genius than whatever genius they think they can bring." Han Qingluo pouted.

"Mother im back!", Han Qin came running through the door as he leapt into his mothers arms.

"Oh my lovely son did you have fun playing with you're friends?", Han Qingluo said lovingly.

"Hehehe, I beat them again at the race down the mountain", Han Qin said proudly not realising his father's presence.

"Cough", Han Yu caught Han Qin's attention, "sorry father, I didn't see you" Han Qin clasped his hands while taking a look at his father.

His father had long silver hair, piercing silver eyes and on his forehead was a full moon emitting faint aura that sent shivers down Han Qin's spine.

"Son, in two weeks, there will be the awakening ceremony for the Han family, all the elders will be there to see the talents that'll awaken the strongest concentration of the Han Bloodline".

"Since you are both my Han Yu's son and Han Qingluo son, do not disappoint us" Han Yu said with a prideful tone.

"Yes father, you're son won't disappoint" Han Qin said as his father nodded with a slight smile.

Han Qin then went outside to see his fiancé Zhang Feiyu, she had green hair like silk black eyes and a figure that had yet to develop with jade like skin.

"Let's go Feiyu" he smiled towards her as she turned red in the face, Han Qui watching this clenched his fists from jealousy.

Two weeks passed as the awakening ceremony arrived. The Han family invited the Zhang family and some local families to come watch the ceremony. Han Qin arrived in a carriage as he saw a crowded arena buss king with nervous children.

He looked up and saw Zhang Feiyu sitting next to her father and mother as they all waved towards him, he smiled as he waved back. The ceremony announcers gathered all the children expected to awaken.

The chubby boy next to Han Qin said to him, "I'm nervous I hope I'm able to awaken the Bloodline" Han Qin comforted him as he said "hey don't worry you'll definitely be able to Han Wu".

Then the ceremony proceeded, it was Han Qui's turn to go to the Han ancestral shrine to awaken his Bloodline. He stepped in as a vast amount of energy rushed in his body travelling alongside his bloodline violently evaporating them, "ahhh!" Veins popped out as he clench his teeth together.

Then a silver light burst from his forehead as his short hair started turning silver and a moon mark appeared.

Han Qui's parents exclaimed as their son was able to acquire the highest amount concentrated bloodline so far in the ceremony.

As Han Qui cam out of the ancestral shrine he has a smile as he looked around with his bloodline recklessly activated.

After him they chubby kid also went into the ancestral shrin as he awakened his Han Bloodline with his bloodline concentration being lower than Han Qui's, afterwards it was the boy with short stature also awakened his bloodline as it's concentration was the same as the chubby kid's.

Then Han Nian, also awakened her bloodline with hers being the most concentrated. Han Qin exhaled as his name was then called, nervous he walked up towards the ancestral shrine and stepped in with his fiancé, his mother and father and the whole Han Heavenly Clan watching.

But when he entered it didn't activate straight away, "huh?, what's going on?" Han Qin was baffled.

But as he was baffled the energy in shrine activated rushing towards his abdomen madly, "the Han family elders were baffled as they wonder were the phenomenon for Han Qui's bloodline awakening went as it didn't happen.

As they pondered energy continued to madly rush in Han Qin with it evaporating his blood and replacing it after a hour of no signs, Han Yu started frowning with Han Qingluo biting her fingers looking at the shrine worried.

"How much do I need to absorb to activate this damn bloodline" Han Qin screamed in his head. After what seemed a century Han Qin felt a burning sensation coming from under his left eye, as a crescent moon appeared with his hair turning silver.

"Have a activated my bloodline?, phew thank god that scared me" after he was done absorbing the energy from the shrine, Han Qin came out of the shrine, the crowd murmured.

This confused Han Qin, but one of the elders announced, "this'll be it for today's awakening as you can see the Han family's younger generation have all succeeded in awakening the Han bloodline.

But the crowd continued to murmur, as one brave person in the crowd shouted, "there wasn't any phenomenon for Han Qin's awakening are you sure he awakened the Han bloodline?", the crowd then agreed which caused the elder to become awkward.

"Can't you see Han Qin's hair has turned silver that can only happen if you're bloodline awakens" Zhang Feiyu's father Zhang Rouchen replied.

The crowd then went silent as they could all see Han Qin's silver hair.

"But why isn't there a moon mark on his forehead" another person trying to cause trouble brought up another issue.

They all then turned with widened eye's to see that, indeed there wasn't a moon on Han Qin's forehead, as for the sharper eyed individual's they could see a crescent moon under Han Qin's left eye.

Han Qui looked on as Han Qin was getting criticism and doubts about his awakening, which caused Han Qui to become happy, the chubby kid and the short kid along with Han Nian were worried for Han Qin.

There was one thought that came to all the people at the awakening ceremony, "failed awakening!".
