"But she was carrying your child," she pushed his head away, keeping him at bay.
"I would never let a woman I don't love carry my child," Ethan Montgomery brushed aside her hands, continuing to nibble at her ear, "Even if Natalie Green hadn't acted, I would have."
Avery Miller's body tensed suddenly. Then, who did he love?
"If it were me, would you have acted?" She felt as if she were in an ice cellar, her body cold and stiff.
He didn't answer her. Instead, he pinned her hands above her head with one hand, lustful flames dancing in his eyes as he coldly curved his lips and harshly captured hers.
"Don't touch me," she turned her head away, heartbroken, and desperately tried to twist away. Tears of misery and humiliation began to form in her clear eyes.
