Just as Simon asked, both Ethan and Scott swiftly replied. "We can't." They refused to answer Simon's question without even thinking twice.
Ethan spoke in a afraid voice, "W...W...We can't tell you our leader's name." Ethan continued, "You can Kill us if you want. We cannot tell you his name." As Ethan finished, he and Scott got on their knees like they had accepted death. The fear in their eyes and their voice can easily be seen from miles away.
Simon sighed and walked towards Ethan and Scott. He tried to gain their trust with his manipulative tone. "I do not know who your leader is and what he wants, but you are willing to die for him not cause you have faith in him cause you are afraid of him."
"Even if we let you go tonight, is there any chance that he will let you live? He will kill you cause you failed. He will not see how much effort you have put into fulfilling his orders."
