Chapter - 4: The Love of a Fallen Angel?
---------------
How had he gotten into this situation, spending a day with someone he knew was not human? Well, it happened around the same time that Yumma had asked his brother out on a date.
At first, he was really surprised when a blonde gothic lolita approached him to ask him out, especially considering that thanks to Yubel's powers, he could sense that she didn't have good intentions, at least at first.
However, after spending some time together, that feeling disappeared completely, as if it had never existed. Instead, it was replaced by an overwhelming emotion, a feeling of lust that engulfed him, a mixture of love and obsessive desire that could never belong to a mere human.
Mittelt desired him deeply and intensely, with a passion that grew with every moment they spent together. It was a carnal desire that consumed her, manifesting itself in every burning glance, every fleeting caress, every thought that involved him.
Judai had never felt such explicit intentions from anyone before, at least not since using Yubel's abilities. He was genuinely embarrassed and confused about how to handle the situation, as he had never been particularly experienced or interested in romantic affairs.
He was just an ordinary student, albeit with an extraordinary destiny: the reincarnation of an ancient prince from another world, a guardian of a power that had shaped the entire universe. It was his duty to maintain the balance between darkness and light, but he certainly didn't expect to find himself in such an awkward situation.
"This doesn't seem to be a new situation for you," Yubel commented in an amused tone, interrupting Judai's thoughts. "With all the girls swooning over you at the Duel Academy~"
Yubel's voice sounded mischievous and Judai couldn't help but feel slightly embarrassed. It was clear that his spiritual companion found the situation rather amusing.
'Yubel, stop teasing me,' Judai replied with a sigh, trying to remain calm despite the embarrassing situation. 'It really doesn't help my current problem.'
"But it's so amusing to see you struggle~" Yubel continued with a subtle chuckle. "Normally, you have such a calm demeanor and keep everyone at a distance, but when it comes to matters of love, you suddenly become a clumsy teenager in the throes of puberty."
Judai sighed, a little embarrassed by the sarcastic tone of his spiritual companion. He had always tried to keep his duties as a duelist separate from his personal life, but now everything seemed to be intertwined.
'I understand that it might seem amusing from the outside,' Judai said, trying to keep his composure, 'But it's complicated for me. I've never been good at this.'
Yubel made a sound that was almost a laugh. "Don't worry, Judai. Your inexperience is part of your charm. But maybe you should start opening up more. You might be surprised where life in this new world can take you."
Judai nodded thoughtfully. Maybe it was time to face this part of his life with a little more courage and honesty. With Yubel by his side, he knew he could overcome whatever came his way, even in matters of love.
Anyway, the plan was simple: take her to the park and get something to eat at the nearby stands, as he preferred uncomplicated food. It was also an informal way to spend time together and perhaps create a more relaxed atmosphere to get to know each other better.
They had some fun with the food, encouraging each other to try new and different things. She had encouraged him to experiment with spicy foods, while he had persuaded her to eat more meat, all amidst jokes and laughter.
Later, they had indulged in sweet treats at the ice cream parlor; she had chosen a large scoop of chocolate while he had opted for the lemon flavor.
"I thought you'd be more of a strawberry girl," he remarked, noting their playful demeanor as they enjoyed their food. Despite the closeness and camaraderie, there hadn't been much physical intimacy beyond some occasional touches that were more initiated by her.
"Well, what can I say, I'm a creature of darkness and this chocolate makes my powers even stronger. Or maybe it's because I'm addicted to you that I feel so powerful~" Mittelt said with a smile, playing on the Chūnibyō theme to tease him.
"That's the sugar talking," Judai replied sarcastically, a small smile clearly visible on his lips.
"Oh, weren't you taught to agree with everything a lady says? Or maybe the big bad wolf has finally decided to show his big teeth." As Mittelt spoke, Judai felt a dark part of himself stir, eager to emerge and teach the disrespectful brat a lesson in manners.
"Oh, for a little Gothic loli, you seem to have no respect for your superiors. Brats like you need some serious correction," he replied in a tone that was both amused and slightly annoyed by her constant teasing.
Mittelt chuckled and shook her impertinent little ass at him as if she were a naughty girl in need of a spanking. "Oh? Do you have the balls to do it, Judai~?"
"You should never tempt a man like that, Mittelt," Judai replied, feeling a bit irritated for some reason, showing a rare serious face that was almost intimidating, as if he were a completely different person.
But Mittelt didn't seem afraid at all; in fact, she seemed even more excited about how the situation was developing. "Oh, but this isn't teasing." She leaned in close and whispered on tiptoe in Judai's ear. "It's an invitation..."
..
.
After a long day, Judai found himself in the park, strangely noticing the absence of other people. However, when he closed his eyes, he could sense some magical signatures just outside the park.
As he made his way towards the fountain, he felt the presence of a winged Kuriboh calling out to him, but the situation didn't seem to require any immediate intervention that would force him to rush to his brother.
"It's been a really fun day today. And you, Mittelt?" Judai asked, noticing that the girl seemed a bit distracted, as if lost in her thoughts once they reached this point in their date.
"I had fun too..." Mittelt replied after a moment of silence, her tone suggesting a mixture of surprise and uncertainty in acknowledging the pleasure she had felt.
"I'm really glad to hear that," Judai said, his smile widening slightly and his eyes narrowing. "So it seems that my first date with a girl went well and made an impression on you?"
Mittelt's mouth dropped open at his confession, as if she couldn't believe what her ears were hearing. "Wait, you've never been out with a girl before?"
"Is that really so surprising?" Judai asked with an ironic smile, unable to resist the question as he scratched his head in embarrassment.
All she could do was nod her head, a slight blush coloring her cheeks. "Well, how could I not? You're handsome and you have this mature aura about you that makes you really cool, like you're much older than your actual age. And most of all, you have something that I can't explain, something that attracts me like a moth to a flame."
"Wow, with all these compliments, I could arrogantly think that you really like me," Judai said, a hint of a smile on his lips.
"I think I've made my intentions clear, but if you really want me to say it, I have no problem doing so," Mittelt affirmed decisively, as if she had made a very important decision for herself. "Judai, I like you-"
As she poised herself to continue, a familiar yet clearly irritated voice abruptly cut through their conversation, just on the brink of reaching the pinnacle of the evening's most crucial moment.
"Mittelt, you're late! What the hell were you doing?" The voice interrupted their conversation just before they reached the most important moment of the evening.
Mittelt instinctively tensed, her heart pounding wildly in her chest as a shadow of fear painted her face. It was as if she suddenly wanted nothing to do with what was about to happen.
In front of them stood another couple, more precisely Issei Hyoodo and Amano Yuuma, but things didn't seem to be that simple, as the hidden part of this world had been revealed...
Yuuma had completely changed from before, her features becoming more mature. Her clothes had been replaced by what he could only describe as BDSM clothing, while black crow-like wings had sprouted from her back.
[Picture ----> Yumma Amano/Raynare]
Issei lay beside her, his eyes wide open, watching in disbelief what was happening around him. He seemed to be in a bad dream, with an expression of surprise and disbelief as he tried to process the strangeness of the situation.
"Yumma-chan..." Issei tried to call out in an uncertain and clearly vulnerable tone, but he was completely ignored, as if he were an insect destined to be mercilessly crushed.
"Now she's showing her true intentions, huh?" Yubel said in an obviously serious tone, while Judai could only nod, as if things were starting to get serious.
"Mittelt, get to work and kill the boy next to you while I take care of this useless human who has annoyed me enough with his perversion," Raynare said as if it was the easiest thing in the world.
Mittelt glanced behind her, studying Judai's face for a few seconds before making her decision on how to handle the situation at hand. "No," she said firmly.
Yumma, or rather Raynare, turned her head in disbelief, as if she couldn't believe what she was hearing. "No? What the hell is wrong with you? I remind you that we have very specific orders to follow in order to rise in rank and gain Azazel-sama's favor!"
Mittlet stepped forward as two crow's wings blossomed on her back. Finally, she decided to confront her fallen companion. "We were wrong about him. He doesn't have any sacred equipment, he just has a slightly higher amount of mana than normal humans. The signal we detected from his magical energy definitely belongs to his brother. We can just erase his memory and let him go.
Raynare gave Judai a long look, as if pondering her companion's words, but at some point she shook her head, as if rejecting thoughts that didn't belong to her, and showed a disgusted face.
"And then? He's already aware of our world, so it's much easier to kill him to solve the problems," she asserted, unimpressed by her fallen companion's words. "Besides, he's just a miserable human being. He should be honored to be killed by a superior species like ours."
Mittlet didn't answer, but positioned herself in front of Judai as a sign of protection. She had no intention of letting him get hurt because of her, because she had brought him to this place on the orders of a psychopathic bitch.
"Oh, are you seriously going against my orders, Mittlet?" Raynare said in a mocking tone, clearly not taking the whole situation before her seriously, as if it were some kind of joke.
A lance of light formed in Raynare's hands, radiating a palpable aura of danger. "Since you will not act, I will take care of killing these two humans myself," she hissed menacingly. With these words, she hurled the light lance at its target.
Issei watched helplessly as the light lance headed towards him, feeling the chill of death enveloping him, unable to do anything to change the fate that seemed inevitable.
But to his great surprise, before the weapon could strike him, the staff of light shattered into small golden particles. At the same time, he felt a strange weight on his head, as if something was sitting on it. He lifted his eyes to see what appeared to be a bat made of darkness.
It was Neo Spacian - Shadow Bat.
"Huh? And what the hell does that mean?" exclaimed Raynare, clearly confused by what had just happened. She didn't let herself be intimidated and raised her hand to create another Light Spear, but unfortunately nothing happened...
"Mittlet!?" Raynare called urgently to her companion, taking several steps back, obviously frightened by her inability to use her characteristic Fallen Angel skill.
Mittlet was also confused by what was happening. Seeing that the pervert didn't seem to be responsible for the situation, she slowly turned to look at the human she had fallen in love with.
"Judai-" Mittlet began, but the words caught in her throat as she met his gaze. A feeling of horror overwhelmed her, as if she was meeting a completely different person than the one she knew.
Judai did not react. Instead, he gave a simple command that echoed through the park like the absolute decree of a monarch. "Attack," he said simply, in a completely different tone than his usual one, colder and more cynical.
At this command, Neo Spacian - Shadow Bat released several particles of darkness from his body, which condensed into a lance under the shocked eyes of everyone. But he wasn't done yet: with a quick movement, he hurled it at its target.
"Ahh!" Raynare could only scream in pain as the lance of darkness pierced her leg, causing her to collapse to her knees, unable to bear the weight of her body.
"Did you not intend to kill me and my brother?" said Judai, his eyes glowing with intense gold. "So I must assume that you are willing to be killed in return, right?"
With these words, the Supreme King had officially entered this world! His presence was imposing, and the fate of those present who opposed him seemed to hang by a thin thread of uncertainty.
